Whataburger — Restaurant in Shreveport

First off this rating is only about this 1 experience. Other than this. I have had pretty good interactions with your N Market location. I normally order off of the app, Bec this is a pretty busy location and I can be in and out. Well today I just wanted a soda so I bypassed that option. Well when I walked into the location I was receiving a call from my boss as I was entering and approaching the counter. I had to get my money out so I put the phone on speaker. As I was standing there, no one readily greeted me or acknowledged me. In that quick instance the manager came upfront with his back turned and said Ma’am you need to turn that down!!! As rude as he could possible be. I was very disturbed Bec he apparently was more worried about the volume on my phone than me as a customer. I could of explained myself but it rather bothered me the tone he used. I did advise him that he needed a sign up if he feels the need to implement that particular rule. Maybe he was frustrated by something else. Maybe he was very much so bothered by it. But I felt my 2 mins in his location would be better if he was somewhat nice instead trying to reprimand a situation that he has no control over. Being I pay the phone bill and he didn’t even offer to pay it, since he addressed the phone in my hand instead what I came for. I did advise he go ahead and take my order Bec that’s the business I was there for, as far as his concern. Which was just a large drink. Had he did that job, he is actually paid for. I literally came back twice after ordering online for faster pick up. The first time I came back after calling to let them know my food was made wrong and the nice young lady told me that's how it's supposed to be made and I had to inform her no ma'am that's NOT how I ordered it online! Egg sandwich with cheese,they put it on a toaster with a round egg and no cheese, I also told her I ordered it on a brioche bun, scrambled eggs with cheese. Still didn't get what I ordered after coming back a second time. Then after I gave them the bag back it had my picante sauce for tosiquto in it and I didn't get it back so when I realized it I had to turn back around to get it by this time I go inside and after leaving and making it back home the only thing that is still hot was the remake of the egg sandwich. This is so disappointing because my first experience when I ordered online for pick up a couple of days ago is what made wanted to order again the food...

That was the first Whataburger, that I have had since I was a teenager in the early 70's in Shreveport La...Being an older man now, I tried to eat that really big and tasty triple burger, man was that a huge burger...lmbo...It literally took me two sittings to conquer it, but I prevailed...The taste was on point and took my taste buds to a whole nother, other level...The team there were friendly and fast...Thanks guys for the memories and keep up THE GOOD WORK... by the way, this is not a complaint, merely an observation, why don't fast food burger places not put mayo or whatever on the bottom bun...that first bite was reeeealy dry and hard to swallow, but the wisdom of this old man asked for extra mayo to undry, and rectify the situation...had I not asked for it, you for certain WOULD NOT be getting this very honest and sincere review...all fastfood burger joints are doing this...you guys should step up and be the front runners...food...
