McDonald's — Restaurant in Shreveport

Recently I ordered a 20 piece Chicken McNugget meal through the drive thru. When the order was placed I made sure to specify BBQ sauce. I am very satisfied that this McDonald's offers a military discount but had a poor customer experience. After paying and proceeding to the second window I was quickly handed my meal. The soda had coke running down the outside of the cup which is a common experience I've had at this location. I always have to wipe down the cup to avoid my car cup holder or hands getting sticky. Looking in the bag I discovered I didn't have any napkins so I waited for the window to be opened again and asked for napkins. The clerk seemed annoyed and didn't seem to have any napkins on hand at the window but went to get some for me. After she returned to the window to provide me several napkins I also discovered I had no sauces or ketchup. I then asked if I could get some BBQ sauces and ketchup. I was provided everything I asked for but there was not a single word said or an apology to make things better. What shocks me most about this experience is that I felt that I was requesting something out of the ordinary but shouldn't every customer be provided napkins and sauces with...

well lets just start by saying that mcdonalds is no longer going to be one of the places i eat.. i went threw the drive thru and specifically asked for fresh fries pull up to check order and i have one large fry that was cold and one that was warm. went into the store to get this situation sorted out. after asking the manager mrs keisha if she could change this for fresh fries she stuck her hand into the cartons and told us they were hot fries after trying to convince her that they were cold she finally threw them away then told us that she didn't have to give us the product that we just bought in the drive thru. even though it was her crew that gave us cold fries. i asked her for her corporate number she then sarcastically told me that they aren't corporate and that she couldn't give any phone number to me to call then walked away. After about 10 minutes of waiting one of the team members finally came and asked what we needed and gave us new fries... shouldn't the manager taken care of that situation 10 minutes ago? Though this is not the first problem that i have had with this stor though it will be my last because i am done...

I have been to this McDonald's and every time I come the employee's are rude and hateful. Like today when I went through the drive through there was a man greeting and he was so nice I told him about my last experience when I went through the drive thru the girl was so rude I didn't make it to the windows I left and today after I told him that the girl at the next windows had a look on her face like yuk I don't like you I asked her what was her problem was like she was judging me. The meal deal I thought 5 for 5 but only got 4 what was the fifth. The chicken sandwich was spicy I request no spicy it was cold even the French fries sucked. I will no longer will come through this McDonald's anymore I will tell my friends not to go there. Until you people can get some descent people with friendly attitude and make you feel you glad you came. Because the crew now has no hospitality and very hateful. They are ruining McDonald's.
