McDonald's — Restaurant in Shreveport

The service was HORRIBLE!!!! I spent over 10 mins in the 2nd window for 1 meal. I acknowledge I should have checked the meal before I left. I made it home (8 miles away) only to find out my order was wrong. They put mayo (hate mayo) on a double quarter pounder, no tomatoes (which I paid extra for), and the cheese wasn't melted. The bag had a receipt for a chicken sandwich on 1 side and a double quarter pounder meal on the other. I went back to the restaurant with the sandwich and receipt to explain what was wrong with the order. I told the woman (assuming she was the manager) that I didn't want another sandwich, I just wanted a refund. She immediately had an attitude. I wasn't offended or bothered by her attitude because I didn't expect CHICK FIL A service at this particular establishment. She only refunded me for the burger ($7.08) and not the whole meal. I asked why? Of course, she turned up her attitude and told me because I didn't bring back the drink and fries. I was appalled!!! So I dont advise anyone who cares about spending their money and expect good service and food to EVER go to...

The food was not fresh, even after we parked to wait for it. The Quarter Ponder and McDouble meat was not cooked to temp. Lastly, there was an unpalatable taste within the burger, so we didn't finish them.

The fish filet and nuggets were fresh and the French Fries seemed to have been holding too long, which is unfortunate because that's what they're mostly known for our great fresh fries!

When asked what sauces we wanted for the Nuggets, which was a 6 piece nugget we ask for three different sauces because we like to cross dip. The member of leadership who took the order said over the intercom you won't three sauces for a 6-piece? I found that to be very unprofessional.

To end on a positive note once we made it to the drive-thru window the customer service and attitude was okay and the person who brought the food to the parked window she was very polite and professional. Needless to say I will never go back to this McDonald's again when I come to visit Shreveport Louisiana. I was advised that it's best to go to the Pines Road location or South...

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We ordered through the drive thru and gave our mobile code. We ordered a sundae, L iced coffee and a mcflurry. We initially ordered two cones as well but asked that they be removed. We noticed on the screen that it still had the cones and asked that they be removed. The lady said the manager would remove them.

At the window, the lady said that our order already went through. I asked foe a refund for the cones and she said I would have to do it on the app. I told her I had asked to have the cones removed. She said sorry and sent us on.

At the pickup window they shoved our ice Creams at us and said have a good day. The coffee was watery, the mcflurry was in a sundae cup (much smaller than normal), and the sundae at about two small squirts of fudge on it.

So disappointed, but honestly don't know why I keep expecting this or any McDonald's to do better. In general, most workers there don't seem to care about their job or the customers, or making things right when...
