I give it a 5 only because of the young lady that works there as a night manager! On several occasions I have went there & the time frame being between the hours of 2am-4am and she has been running that whole store by herself and still be able to maintain her composure with a friendly greeting and a smile when you encounter her at the window, despite us customers being very upset because of the wait (until we find out why its really taking so long n then we sympathize)! I asked why was it taking so long and the young lady said her night workers did not show up for work and she is working by herself. She was the order taker, cashier at 1st window, got on line and made the food, bagged food & fixed drinks at the 2nd window and passed out our food apologizing again & sending us off with a thank you and thanks for your patience! I was in awe of her professionalism & calm demeanor in an (I would think) stressful situation! I salute you young lady because I would of been furious and especially with it occurring more than once but you really held it together. You are the epitome of a great manager with outstanding integrity & customer service! You will be an awesome General Manager and you are truly setting the stage to attain that title and higher in your near future! Read moreI am done with this McDonald's. I do not know who the owner is, but I would love to meet with him and express my total distaste of this store and how terribly bad it is run. I read some of the other comments, but I am sorry happy smiles is NOT customer service. Customer service is greeting, SPEEDY SERVICE WITH FOOD, CORRECTLY MADE, friendly smile as they deliver the finished product. 20 mins is too long. 25 mins is beyond too long and 30 mins hell I could have made it myself. We live down the road from this location and I can assure you that was my last time to visit that store. I will drive to the Linwood location from now on. Little bit more of a drive but I can get there, get my food and be back at my house faster then I can at that location. I have read the stories and seen the pictures of people sleeping there and no one answering drive through and that alone speaks volumes of that location and the management it has. Workers stand around and talk rather than work. They stand around rather than fill orders or clean. Why pay people who do nothing? My wife today and had to wait for over 30 mins to get the food so yes our last time at this place. I know just my family will not make a dent, but I will do my best to post on facebook and tell everyone I can think of to go to Linwood location and skip the hassle of this location. Maybe if enough people stop going, the owner will step in and see what manager is running their business...

We rarely go to McDonald's, but most are usually quite serviceable, both from a service and food standpoint, if a bit boring. This location was a great standout in how to not serve customers.
We arrived at the restaurant drive-thru just before 5 and there were 3 cars at the window but hardly any cars in the parking lot, so it didn't appear too busy. The server came over the speaker and asked us to wait a minute. Five minutes later they came back and took our order and asked us to pull forward without saying which of the three windows to pull up to, so we pulled up the one that said "pay here". At this point there was only one car in front of us at the last window and it took about 15 minutes from the time we pulled around for them to get their food. When no one came to ask us for our payment after about ten minutes, we pulled up to the first service window to wait. When the car in front left, we pulled up to the last window and waited another 5-10 minutes to then be asked if we'd paid. I said no and that we weren't told which window to pull up to and the server said "that's ok" (???). They said the person that took our order was "in front" and couldn't help us. The food came out pretty quickly then and they got our drink order wrong, but I wasn't going to go back to deal with it.
