Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Shreveport

We go to raising canes everyday because it's the only chicken my grandbaby will eat so we spend a lot of money with them. We visited a different one today cause we were in that area. They were fast with taking the orders and getting them out as to the one we go everyday is so slow and mix orders up and you wait forever. Now when I went back to the counter to get a Togo box for the rest of our food, the girls up front totally ignored me never ask if they could help me so i finally said do you all don't see me standing here and i was going to speak with the mod about the great experience until this happened and i just wanted to leave then because that would have been a mistake. Service was good, but this is the 3rd time I have received chicken strips that were not fully cooked. The outside crust was golden but the center was pink and raw. The look was totally deceiving. Please make sure the chicken is cooked properly and throughly before serving it to your customers. It's very disappointing when your hungry and don't have a oven handy. I pay +$9 or more for cooked food. There wasn't even a line so I don't know why they would be in such a hurry to pull the chicken. The 1st time I can see mistakes happen but the second time was unacceptable and I would have gone back to canes for a third time but I wanted to give it another chance and was very very disappointed 😞 . The Little girl with the orange tinted laced wig patting and scratching in it that was outside passing the food at 12:30 today 03/11/24 was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude! She said my name all wrong, then threw my drinks to me (it was giving jealousy), and had my food all tossed around. I am young and blessed so I refuse to have scooped down to her level and I’m not hurting for $20 to ask for a refund since my food was cold.
