Listen, I understand that the people working here are college age and that making coffee is not an easy or timely task, but I've been in the drive-thru several times, and I can guarantee if there's even ONE car in front of me that ordered a coffee, I will be there for 10-20 minutes. Consistently. This is really frustrating because as a drive-thru, the function of it is to be a quick service option, but for whatever reason, whether it be the lack of staff or the slow machines or whatever, the drive-thru here is never fast or convenient. Coffee seems to be finished quickly each time but may need a better process for ensuring that donut orders are...

She made a face, argued, went in the back, started whispering with other co workers, other co workers now staring at me, some giggling, some just staring. I felt humiliated for just a cup of coffee. Not to mention, the girl yelled my name from a corner and tossed/threw the cup on the table like here you go, in your face. She didn’t respectfully call me name and handed over the coffee or atleast left on the counter....
