Southern Maid Donuts — Restaurant in Shreveport

I ordered a dozen donuts, half glazed and half chocolate at 4:30 pm. I was the only one in line which made me happy. I waited 10 minutes at the drive-through window to get my donuts. When the lady with strange colored hair handed me the box, there was icing all over the box. A lot of icing on the top, sides, and bottom. Also, the box lid wouldn’t close because the donuts were taller than the box and they were so hard and stale that they wouldn’t bend enough for the lid to close. Simply pathetic. If your concerns are cleanliness and freshness, do not use this location. The two questions I publicly ask this company is how hard is it to actually make a fresh donut and the second question is how hard is it to keep the icing...
