Dunkin' — Restaurant in Shrewsbury

I’ve been going to this Dunkin regularly for awhile because it’s close by and the quality hasn’t been consistent. Hash-browns are under cooked all the time (which is fine easy fix at home), orders aren’t accurate, and the people are exceptionally rude.

This morning (01/15/24 @ around 8:00am) was the exception and why I will never go back to this location. I put my order in, the girl was nice as usual (although she makes a lot of mistakes under pressure). While I’m trying to put my order in I had some guy behind me just standing uncomfortably close which is fine. Whatever - can’t control that.

After I finish with my order I’m waiting for the lady to bring me my doughnuts which they usually bring back to the register. So I’m waiting for her to do so.

Not even 40s later another woman comes up to the register and tells me “move out of the way so I can help the man behind you”. Speaking to me like I’m some damn child! There was only 3 of us in the line but they somehow had both his drinks made and doughnuts already in the bag before he even reached the register.

I understand this is a fast food joint but the level of rudeness and disrespect this place dishes out to their customers is absolutely unacceptable. Not to mention the countless issues they’ve had with espresso and coffee machines.

We live in Massachusetts- you have plenty of other options, I recommend you choose them over White City Dunkin.

My mother and I had place a mobile order. We walked in and the place was a mess. People standing and waiting. One of the coffees we had ordered were ready so we were waiting for another. They had coffees lined up and not finishing them. Someone was taking orders and not finishing the coffees that were laid out. A gentleman came and gave someone a frozen drink. I kindly told him that my coffee had been sitting there. He told me that it was going to keep waiting. My mother said it wasn’t necessary for the attitude and she didn’t know what was wrong with them. Then the woman who was making food turned around and started screaming at us about how we didn’t like the service to call corporate or apply for a job. The gentlemen then told us we clearly didn’t know how to make food or coffee and that’s why we were here. I had never experienced such rude people in my life. So me and some family members called corporate to complain but I highly doubt anything will get done. 2 females and 1 male were working at the time this incident occurred at 11AM on June 16th 2024. They clearly do not like their job so they should consider making a career change. Rude people working there is bad for Dunkin’s image. Horrible people horrible service. Do not go here and I hope they receive...

This is one of the most bad Dunkin' Donuts I ordered a hot latte for me and for my wife and I told the cashier that I want it hot make sure it's hot because I went to another Dunkin' Donuts before and they give it to me not even warm it was cold I paid $10 or more and then they give me the latte cold I go back to them and they said we cannot control the heat or the milk temperature and that's why it's like this we cannot make it hotter than this, I am assistant manager in Dunkin' donuts for 10 years and when I was making the hot latte for my customers I always make it hot because I put the right amount of milk and I make fresh turbo shots that's how you get a fresh hot latte but they didn't measure the milk and they used an old turbo shots on the side to make the order quick so it was quick but it was cold and when I get back to them with the orders and I told them they are cold, they was making fun of me and they being sarcastic, we cannot make it 400° and the latte temperature was below zero probably so I dump it in the trash in the front of them and I say thank you so much and I went out I will never go back there again thanks...
