Dunkin' — Restaurant in Shrewsbury

Tried to give this location a few chances. Was excited to have one less than a mile from me. But the quality is awful. Had to throw away an order of hashbrowns after one bite. Soggy and burnt, not edible. Grease dripping off everything in a wrap and ruined clothes. Today my husband went after I placed a mobile order. The employee was rude and said they were out of caramel for our drinks and closed the window. He came back to the window after my husband sat there awhile and he asked to just cancel the order. My husband and brother walked in 10 minutes before close just to grab ice cream. The rude staff said they are done serving ice cream but can make a shake - which was them scooping the ice cream (that why aren’t serving anymore) into the shake cup and mixing it with milk - made no sense to my husband. I think the staff just said it to get them to leave. My husband said fine, make shakes then with the ice cream you aren’t serving. Made absolutely no sense. I was super excited to try this place out on break. I asked for a Coconut Mocha Latte but received an Iced coffee with just coconut flavoring. It didn't taste right so I kindly asked if it had mocha in it, and was told it did not. They seemed irritated when I asked if they could please put mocha in it. When they brought the drink back out to me, I'm not even kidding, it had about a cup of chocolate in the bottom of it. Thank you. Hilarious. What a waste of time and money.
