Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Sidney

This is the first time I have ordered from this location and not impressed would be the understatement of the year! I recently moved to Sidney and have loved the subs at the Troy location so I figured I would give them a shot. First go around I received the wrong Sub. I ordered a steak and cheese add tomato and a chicken club, what I received was the chicken and something with ham, salami, banana peppers and onions...

When I called the store I explained that I understand mistakes happen and all I want is the food I ordered. I didn't ask for any kind of credit or anything. The guy who answered the phone said he would get both subs remade and sent out and just to send the wrong ones back. He also stated I had a $15 credit on my account. Half an hour later I called and asked how long it would be for the remake to arrive... He asks VERY loudly "Are you talking bout Dem two subs?" I confirmed and he said, again VERY loudly, "Man, I just sent Dem out. I had like a thousand orders!" I told him he didn't need to raise his voice at me. He responded with " I'm not yelling that's just how I talk. How you take it is your problem" then I attempted to explain that could have been handled a little better he wanted to argue with me. I hung up the phone and told the delivery driver to inform the GM I would NEVER order from y'all again. If I wanted to be disrespected by a man I would have stayed with my abusive EX!! I have ordered from here 8 times since January and Everytime had to call because something was wrong.. I would had stopped ordering here if they hadn't kept giving me a credit on my next purchase.. I kept giving then the benefit of the doubt until I had finally had enough. They are one of the only places that will deliver to my residence because of where I live.
