I had an awful experience. I ordered Armstrong tile for a rental unit. It was a raised floor with a brand new sub floor. The installer laid the tile without sinking the nails. The nails were coming through almost every tile on the floor. Some of the tiles even cracked. Many of the tiles had gaping cracks. The gaping cracks between the tiles in the bathroom have now lifted from the water getting in under the tiles.

When I called to have them fix the job they were really pissy and were not interested in sending someone out to inspect, much less repair the damage. They only repaired some of it and I had grown weary discussing the issues with them.

As time passed, from the pressure of walking on the tiles, more nails have come through. It was a very tiring experience. I would most definitely NOT recommend them. 1 - star, is only because they will not let you...
