Jeannie's Diner — Restaurant in Sierra Vista

First off, the staff was working hard and trying even though they were probably short handed. Walk in and about 15 people in line, 20 minute wait just to order. Lady who took my order repeated it and it was wrong. Corrected her three times, but knew that it would be wrong and when I got the food it was. All it was, just missing guacamole, yet they had to argue that it was there when it wasn't. Finally they admitted it was wrong and person taking orders went in back where you can see. The cook wearing gloves wasn't the one who touched my food to add the guacamole, the counter person with no gloves who handles the food did it. Unfortunately when you have a short time to eat, not many choices here at Fort Huachuca. Next time I will go somewhere else...

Been here a couple of times and it's been so-so every time. Last time was not good, at all. I stood around for five minutes, no greeting or acknowledgement by the multiple people who I made eye contact with that I saw standing around in the kitchen area in the back. Group of people come in and they're not as patient, that's when we finally get someone at the counter. Food came out pretty fast, but the burger was super questionable. The meat's texture was off and the buns were smushed. The fries tasted like old oil. Just gonna go to Burger King next time because it's...

Ordered a burger and fries, burger smelled, tasted, and felt microwaved which didn't make up for the mediocre fries. I don't know how else to explain it, the plate, bun, and burger were all evenly hot and smelled like they'd been nuked, the burger was still pink inside, and the delivery time was very short for a burger. Couldn't even finish it, just tossed and left. I came because people said the food was good and I have to assume nobody is eating the burger or they get better...
