Starbucks — Restaurant in Siesta Key

I’m staying in Siesta Key for a week. there is absolutely no continuity of openings for Starbucks. this particular store said they were open till 6PM on Google Maps. I went out of my way to go there; they closed at 4PM - they had a piece of paper on their window. The area is filled with traffic; Publix was packed, so it’s not like there’s nobody out and about.// I live in Naples, 90-miles south. all of our Starbucks have been open for at least a month. they were drive-through at first; now you can walk in to a store. out of a ~8 Starbucks in Siesta Key/Sarasota, it’s a crapshoot. On Google maps, some note that they are closed, meaning they haven’t reopened. but if a store says they’re open till 6PM, they should stay open till 6, or update their info on Google maps. This is the 2nd negative episode I’ve had with Starbucks in Siesta Key in two-days (not including the district manager who I didn’t bother to return my phone call.) I recently had a very disappointing experience at a Starbucks café. When I visited, I was shocked to see at least two flies flying and crawling behind the glass on pastries. When I asked the staff about it, they seemed indifferent to my concern. The boss even stated that he knew about the flies and that the pastries were not for sale. I was appalled by this response, as it suggested that the café was not taking the hygiene of its food seriously.

As a customer, I expect a clean and safe environment to enjoy my food and drink, and the presence of flies on pastries is simply unacceptable. I was disappointed that the staff did not take immediate action to resolve the issue and that the boss seemed unaware of the potential health risks posed by flies on food.

Overall, my experience at this Starbucks café was very disappointing, and I cannot recommend it to others. I hope that the management takes this issue seriously and takes appropriate action to ensure that their café is clean and safe for...

I have been frequenting this location since relocating and typically place a mobile order during my routine morning walk to the shop. I have nothing but positive remarks for this location! The time estimates for orders are always met even sooner than estimated and they even made my order for me after I placed an order at the wrong location! To top it off, their attention to detail is superb! As the mobile app does not support ordering water by the cup, to the best of my knowledge, the barista Will without prompting already had my ice water ready with my mobile order!
