Fresh, Flavorful, and Friendly . A Great First Visit!

We tried this poke spot for the first time today and were really impressed. I loved being able to build my own bowl exactly the way I wanted it. The portions were very generous, and they were more than happy to accommodate my request for no rice or pasta …a big plus for anyone watching their carbs.

I went with shrimp and crab as my proteins, and added avocado, cucumber, Nori, garlic strips, mango, and a delicious avocado dressing. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and well balanced.

Special shout out to Isaac, who went above and beyond to make sure we were happy …even offering samples of several dressings so we could find our favorites. Charlotte and Frandci were also super friendly and welcoming. That kind of customer service is rare these days, and we were still talking about it on the way home.

It was definitely worth the drive from Venice, and we’re already planning to come back again soon....

I used to frequent this place when it first opened. I had a few times where I didn't get everything I ordered but it would be one item missing from a bowl or some sauce so not a huge deal. Tonight I went and my order was missing one of the sauces for the bowls - not a huge deal but I was almost home when I realized 2 other items (hot dogs pictured, were both supposed to be the same but had different ingredients) were missing so I had to turn around. They made them pretty quickly when I explained they were missing, no hassle.

I didn't inspect the bowls when I was there because they were pretty standard bowls. When I got home one of the items from my daughter's bowl (edamame) was missing.

The food is still fantastic but I'd recommend eating in instead of takeout so you make sure you have everything...

We visited with a group of five, and loved the service from Paul and Karen. Both of them were incredibly polite and welcoming throughout our visit. Paul especially stood out for his patience and kindness with our group, since some of us don’t speak much English. Many places can become impatient in situations like this, but he was consistently friendly, helpful, and respectful, not just with us, but with every customer we saw him interact with.

The food was excellent, with a wide variety of customizations available. The portions were generous, the prices were very reasonable, and the ingredients tasted fresh and delicious.
