Don’t bother. OVERPRICED and they don’t stand behind their products.

My husband bought 6 cookies (super expensive btw) 2 were chocolate buckeye, 2 were chocolate chip, 1 was Kentucky something and 1 was Oreo cream something… Ok the Oreo was the only good one- and only because of the icing! The cookie itself is very bla.

The chocolate buckeye I had 2 small bites (I love chocolate soo I was very disappointed) and the chocolate chip tasted like a cheap Publix cookie 🤷🏻‍♀️… and the Kentucky was no good at all- again, just tasted like a cheap cookie.

Soo because we had doubles didn’t even touch 1/3 of them. Called and told them I was very unsatisfied with their product and they basically said, sorry can’t help ya. Very unprofessional and unfortunate that they won’t stand behind their product. I thought everyone who sells even food would want to make it right. In my first/last experience they don’t.

Was in a bind and needed a gift so stopped in for the first time...and last. Aside from being very expensive, I walked in and got NO help or acknowledgement...after standing at the kiosk for 10 minutes trying to decide on what to order (which was 12 cookies and 9 boxes) I was given my order but no bag. I'm 100% for going green but how do you expect to carry 9 single boxes of cookies and get in your car? I was also disappointed because a couple cookies said "chilled" so I didn't know if I could mix and match them.. because I was never acknowledged by the employees standing chatting in back by the warmers. The only reason 2 stars were given is because the cookies were good...not almost $4...

This place is by far... "The 8th Wonder of the World!" It is sinfully delicious and decadent .The cake is outrageous as the cookies are and they have just the exact amount of ingredients to satisfy one and all! This place is a definite 'keeper!" Don't just try one or two here and there go all in and splurge on those larger variety pack of cookies. No regrets and looking forward to all the upcoming flavor varieties You're a success and good luck to you all at Crumble...you deserve...
