The manager for was nice at first but they put mustard on my daughter's burger when I said meat cheese ketchup only. They remade the burger and added pickles that time. Then brought my husband his blizzard and it literally was dripping ice cream all over the table and cup it was more of a shake that was melted, my husband asked them to remake it and the manager brought it back to us with ice cream dripping all over her hands asking what was wrong with it, I explained that it's a dripping mess and that he can't eat that with a spoon she said I will clean the cup but that's how they are made. My husband was so irritated at that point so I took it to the counter and asked for a different manager she said no she was the only one and that that's how it's made. I explained I looked up the policy for this specific location and they are supposed to slip it and ice cream stay in the cup. She said they did flip it and it's because we let it sit to long. I waited 30 minutes for my order and watched 3 groups with large orders after me get their food. I went to cashier and was told drive-thru gets priority!!?? So I asked why others were served before me and was told they just were really busy with the drive-thru? Didn’t make any sense. Today we walked in to pick up a custom cake for my son's birthday and we're told the cake decorator never came in this week and that they couldn't access the email system to call us and tell us. I understand that situations like that happen but they told us to pick a generic cake out of the cold case and they would write his name on it. Then they charged us full price for it. I think if your store makes a mistake like this the cake should be offered for free. Places like Chick-fil-A are so popular because of their wonderful customer service.
