Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Siloam Springs

This place sucked today!! The customer service was awful. I Doordashed my order. Had to wait over hour and a half..finally had to go pick up my own food..no I'm sorry. No let's make this right..even added extra tip for the driver...when we got there after calling my food was pushed across the counter and nothing said but have a great day..we get dinner from quite often..never had an issue..the heavy set man with red hair just acted like me the customer was not an issue to him...I called Doordarshan after getting no where with business and will be getting a full refund...teach your employees to repect the customer...we make your paycheck...if I treated my customers like this I would not have a job..im a Manger at a restaurant..I do know how it is ..not happy and will...

This is not the Papa John's of the past. My order what one large with pepperoni, onion, mushrooms, and double black olives. And the other pepperoni, Canadian bacon, chicken, bacon, and double mushrooms. As you can see in the photos the double toppings was just were not cutting it let alone the rest of them. But by far my biggest hang up was the crusts. These were hand tossed well I have had discount frozen pizza with better crusts. I seen it and commented it to the employee before leaving the store to be told that is how they make it now. I might have tried to take them up on their garentee but if this is how they make their pizzas now I don't want want another pizza with by far one of the worst crust I have had in a fast food...

I've tried this Papa Johns a few times. Sadly it feels like the crew does not respect pizza or know how to make it properly. Either the pizzas are undercooked, or the cheese/sauce doesnt cover the pizza properly, one time I think the delivery driver flung my pizza in the car as all the cheese was on one half the pizza. I would say it probably is a training/staff issue but I've waited weeks to months in between my tests and have finally decided to write this one off. Frozen pizza as well as other competitors in the same city offer much better pizza for the same...
