Editing my review because the issue with the app seems to have been fixed. I went yesterday and didnt have any of the issues i had before. Most of the staff seems to be new since my last review and very friendly. As long as issues are being addressed and things improved then i am happy. I will not be deleting my previous review tho 😉 it was still a bad experience that has not been erased by one uneventful experience.
VERY DISAPPOINTED. It would be a 1 star, but i know it's not the employees' fault. I have always loved Subway, but i am extremely disappointed by this company, and i have really questioned if i ever want to give Subway my money ever again. Their treatment of their customers has left a bad taste in my mouth for their food. I normally order on the app, but the past 2 times in a row, my order has been canceled. First time i just reordered it after being assured my order wouldn't be canceled again. However, the second time i was with my son and the cost was more for our food. I didn't have the funds to reorder and pay again. Nothing was offered to me for the time i waisted and the money the company took. My special needs son wasn't even offered a cookie as he cried from not being able to eat lunch. We didn't get any lunch that day, and Subway didn't seem to care in the slightest as a company. I messaged their tech department about the issue with the app and their response was pretty much, "oh sorry, but you'll get your money back" Awesome, i will tell my nonverbal crying child that we will get the money back for it which apparently fixes everything. Read moreI placed an order at this store, and I waited until the tracker had switched to ready to pick it up. My order wasn’t at the pickup counter, so I waited a few more minutes in the store before going up to the counter. I told one of the workers my first name, and she claimed it was not sent to the store. I confirmed the address of the store with her and the online order information, and I had my order pulled up to double check there wasn’t a mistake on my end. She told me that there wasn’t an order for me, and she was speaking to me like I was annoying her. She repeated that she did not have my order over and over. Another employee came up and asked for my name again, and she was instantly able to find my order directly in front of the first employee. The bag only had the sandwiches in it, and I let the first employee know that the cookies had been left out. She insisted they were in the bag. My boyfriend took both sandwiches out of the bag and said those were the only things in the bag. She grabbed the bag from him and started looking through it very annoyed. She then had someone get the rest of our items. When we arrived home, we realized that our orders were messed up. The veggie patty was not on the first sandwich, and the veggie toppings were also wrong on both sandwiches. We ended up with two wrong sandwiches and a very uncomfortable interaction. Read moreUpdate 1/23/24 I just give up. 3rd time they do the same thing and invert the sandwiches. NEVER AGAIN!!! I placed my order online and they build the sandwiches correctly except that they inverted the bread. The black forest was on 9 grain, they made it on white. The Italian was on white, they made it on 9 grain. I assume they don't have a process to ensure the order was made correctly and i was already home when I found out their mistake.
May 6, 2020. Second time that they just mess my order up. I guess that they can't read the online ticket. I ordered extra tomatoes, they put no tomatoes. I ordered honey mustard dressing, they put some spicy inedible stuff. Furious! Wish I could give em zero stars!
So I call the store and after five tries someone picked. I told him the problem with the order and this guy, Cody, says he can't help me unless I bring the receipts and the sandwiches to verify I'm telling the truth! I told him I don't have the receipt but is an online order, you can see it on your screen. And he said he sees the order but I should have kept the receipt, otherwise he can not help me.
