Mazzio’s Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Siloam Springs

We thought our order didn't go through on our debit card because the order just went blank so we placed another order to pay with cash ! So when we got to the window they said did you have two orders ? Because we have two orders on our screen and we said well I guess so !So the girl at the window said did you want to pay for both on the card and we said no we will pay cash for the other order so we did and the girl left the window after she took our money and another girl came up and looked at us and started to close the window and we look at her and she said did you need something so we had to tell her what the deal was and she said we don't have another order do you want another one and we said just give us our money back and that will be ok and she said we don't give cash back.i can take it off of you credit card so we said ok ! Then some guy came to the cash register and was trying to get our money back on our card then the other girl cameto the window and said we can get you the other order if you want so we said ok and she said it will be a couple of minutes can you all pull forward so we did but it took at least 15 minutes to get our 2nd order .That was to much of an ordeal didn't care at all for that Mazzio's in...

I placed three separate orders. Got there to pick them up and pay for them and they said they couldn't separate the three orders. The young lady was so sweet and she said let me ask the boss man what to do. Well the boss man was on the phone and he told her he don't have time to help her. Basically just leaving her to try to figure it out. Well between me and my friend and the sweet little girl at the register, we figured it out and had it taken care of. With no help from the boss man. The boss man needs to be fired. The food was good though so kudos to the little guy that was making the food...

Went in to have a meal with my family and was greeted by a rude person that took our order. We ordered a large 6 meat pan and a large spinach chicken Alfredo pan crust. The pizza when brought out to the table were not hot but in fact the spinach pizza was very cold and watery. The meat pizza was also very cold which made the both very unappetizing. The restaurant was not clean as one should be and very dated. It’s a same because this was a very good place to eat not long ago.
