Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Siloam Springs

We stopped by on our way home after work today. And first of all no one told me I had to wait for my chicken to cook had I known that I had to wait 6 minutes for my chicken wings to be cooked, I would've gotten a burger. I just wanted to eat and get home and rest after a days work. So I push the red button again after having to wait for over 10 minutes and the woman answering the machine decided to be ride to me and said well this sonic makes all the chicken cooked to order..and kept interrupting me. I asked her then why she hadntetioned that to me when I ordered and she said oh well everyone around here knows that. And I said well I'm not from around here am from Rogers and she continued to be ride and say well we cook to order on chicken and they are coming up now. And left me talking on my own didn't even listen to the rest..we wanted honey mustard and they kept walking off... The manager comes out and doesn't even offer an apology she starts off by telling me everyone around here knows it's cooked to order. I tell her once again am not from here. She then says she will tell her crew to meeting it's cooked to order and said I can give you a cone but it's still 16$ for the food.. am like on top of the horrible service I just got you are gonna make it worse by saying it's still 16$... You should've offered a coupon at least and not be rude. There was no need for your nasty attitude had you stayed to actually listen you would've known we needed honey mustard and you wouldn't have had to come back to ur car another time. Get it right the first time open your ears and listen and that will take care of that problem... Never again will I stop at this damn sonic. What for the manager is rude and so is her staff. If you're just passing by I suggest you wait til you get to the McDonald's...

i have been to this sonic multiple times and it seems like if you order more than one item or one meal they will mess something up. my most recent experience i ordered one #2 combo, a #2 just the burger and mozzarella sticks and another drink. the burger by itself was rang in wrong after repeating ourselves multiple times. so we took that and the mozzarella sticks off. they took off the second drink as well🤦🏼‍♀️ the food comes out and there is not a #2 in the bag, it was a #1. told the lady the problem, she took it back. added one slice of cheese and sent it back out. still as a #1 with extra cheese now. i ask for a manager he comes out to fix the problem, i get the burger back and its now right but with one slice of cheese. at this point tho i don't care its now been about 15-20 minutes i've been up there. i take it, i go. not one single time that any of my food came out was any of it fresh. you would think that you have that many mess ups you'd stop disappointing and get it right.. but no, this was not the case. the meat was dry, not hot at all, and was cruchy/breaking off on the edges. this is not the first time i've had to send an order back 2-3 times and we still ultimately said screw the food because they never get it up to par. if they mess up your food just take the refund and go because they will just continue to dissapoint. manager is super understanding, sweet man, wants the problems fixed... but the staff definitely needs to be retrained...

Just got back from here and couldn't be happier, I think she was new or she was training someone, she had a mousy looking woman following her with a clipboard, unfortunately didn't catch her name but the blonde waitress name was hannah, I remember because it's my current General managers name, coincidence I'm sure, any way this young lady was an absolute delight, she was very cheerful and kind, and all smiles. Either way I get a cherry limeade here often as is all I can use to keep hydrated that has any flavoring, due to a recent surgery I can no longer keep water absorbed as easily and anything I drink I strictly water to me so this is my every once in awhile treat, and the best parts to me were the limes, but they are usually squeezed in already I like to eat the limes, so when I asked for extras this lady HOOKED IT UP UNSQUEEZED! I will ALWAYS stop here in hopes of her services it was a very serious thing to me I couldn't have had better, yes they do charge extra but so what it's my treat to me I only get every once in a while (I'm night shift starting at 11 pm there closed when I come in. But I do sporadically come to town from time to time if ever she serves me again it'll definitely be a DAMN good tip (between $5 to $20 depending upon bills...
