KFC — Restaurant in Siloam Springs

Yesterday, I broke up with the whole chain. The last visit and this one, was a slap in the face and echoes a disrespect for customers. First of all, I know how to cook chicken and I have eyes. I also know what freshly cooked Crispy KFC looks like. BOTH times, the chicken breasts had been put back in the fryer to sell after sitting on the line. It wasn't golden brown, it was brown with chunks of coating and the Crispy skin slid off greasy. Like original. And I never order that. Cheap shot guys. WE KNOW WHEN YOU DO THIS. The first time it happened, I was so angry, I sent my concerns to Corp. No response. I'm not giving money to people that refuse to value the people paying. That's why they dont deserve my business. Was just all around terrible, and I will be in contact with corporate Sunday. Got the 12 piece family meal supposed to come with 4 large sides and be crispy chicken recipe, well we got 4 large sides half full and soggy non crispy chicken and when I called to complain and figure out when they changed sizes the little girl who answered the phone said they have alway been that size which is bogus I remember just a few years back you would get sides that were full. Then she preceded to say well it will feed 6 it just depends on your portions, I don’t care who you are show me a growing kid that only eats 2 bites of mashed potatoes and gravy or two bites of Mac and cheese and I’ll show you a liar, much less three grown adults who work all day in the sun and sometimes don’t eat lunch. I went on Saturday through the drive thru- ordered the 8 piece family meal with 2 sides. I ordered mashed potatoes and mac&cheese. They said it would be a 10 minute wait for mac&cheese so I asked for fries instead. I got up the window, paid and then they asked me to go park on the other side of the building. I waited 17 minutes before someone finally brought out the food. The fries were ice cold and tasted like they were cooked last week. The chicken skin tasted like old cooking oil and the chicken itself was rubbery. The Biscuits were hard as rocks and the gravy for the mashed potatoes had a consistency like 99€ slime you get at the Dollar Tree. My kid wouldn't eat any of it, my husband and I only ate half a piece of chicken and literally threw the rest in the trash. ($30+ worth of food!!!)
