I used the kiosk to order our food and pay. That included putting in a # so they could deliver the complete order to my table. I chose the kiosk because I first noticed a member of management being very rude to the cashier, he seemed to be struggling a bit, and he appeared to be very shaken or had a learning disability, the manger(female) hollered at him 'it only takes 2 seconds to ask if it's for here or to go!'. I didn't want to upset him in any way so I used the kiosk. When my order was ready, it was the same member of management that hollered out my order. I went to the counter and was frustrated by that time, so I did mouth off a little to her, letting her know that I used the kiosk so she should've had made my drinks and delivered my food to the table that had my # marked clearly insight. She then wanted to defend herself by saying that she wasn't used to that system because they don't have it at her store. I received my cups and headed to the drink station, the young man that was the cashier had been kicked off the register by that woman and he was wiping down the drink station, he was still noticeably upset, so I told him that he does not deserve to be spoken to like that, he was nearly in tears and said 'i just don't know...
Read moreConstant problems. Today I put an an order through the app for a breakfast sandwich. I get there around 11, they cant fulfill my order, cuz breakfast isnt being served anymore. Silly me, I thought they made the orders as soon as they got them, and I had just put in the order 15 min prior to pickup. It should be disclosed that they dont make your food until you get there, somewhere plain to see. Which that in itself is annoying, cuz the whole point of mobile ordering is to not have to wait. I get home, and to my surprise they didnt have enough common sense to cancel the order.....so I call the store. "I'd like to cancel my pickup order" "You can do it through the app" "You literally cant." "Can you hold just a moment?"
15 minutes later still on hold, fed up. Still haven't gotten my order canceled. Have yet to get my refund. Feeling stolen from, cuz I paid for something I never received. July 2025- Dearest Mcdonalds, when I order a large chocolate shake, I expect two things. One, is to receive the size ordered not a small. Second, I expect the chocolate syrup to actually be mixed in the shake. What are y'all doing? I know what y'all aren't doing. If negative stars were an option, that's what you would receive. Do better.
May 2025- This is by far the worst restaurant in Silsbee. On various occasions, when you order curbside pickup, they bring out just your food, then act surprised that you dont have your drink by asking, "No one brought you your drink?" Umm, no.. why would you not bring the drink WITH the food?
Also, when you order at night through the drive-thru, you will be waiting a good while before you're even acknowledged.
