Ambiance: 3.5 starts Beautifully located in downtown Silverton, the outdoor seating is perfect for soaking up the rays on a sunny day.
Food: 3 Stars Loco Ono BBQ has a very simple menu for both carnivores and herbivores alike.
Service: 0 Stars Staff is very friendly yet lacks good service. They seemed a bit disorganized.
Beer: 1 Star The beer is better than Budweiser. That said I would come back for just the beer.
Conducive feedback to owner:
Service There seemed to be a lack of organization and communication from the staff how to address, greet, and serve new customers. Also, rather than telling customers to go inside and check the board for current beers, provide a menu or have staff engage in some memorization games/techniques. This would improve the customer service experience.
Beer Sell it! Let us know you have flights. Is your beer worth having your staff memorize? Maybe a few fun facts even. Do you offer tasting flights? I wouldn't know. There beer was, what can I say, slightly better than average for micro breweries.
Rating disclaimer: I have a very strict rating system as I have constantly seen 4 & 5 Star ratings for establishment that are simply average at best.
0 Stars: Neutral... Or below. I either have negative feelings or none at all.
1 Star: It might be worth checking out.
2 Stars: It's worth checking out once but probably wouldn't come back or recommend it.
3 Stars: I enjoyed and would most likely come back and may recommend it.
4 Stars: I highly recommend and would definitely like to come back!
5 Stars: This establishment when above and beyond and needs recognitions for it's level...
Read moreWhat a great brewery with an excellent food menu that offers lots of variety. The bartender was so sweet and inside was a nice set up. We sat outdoors and it was very cute and comfy!! I am a LOVER of soft pretzels with cheese (beer cheese makes it even better) and these did not disappointâŠdelish!!! I had the Jersey St. Italiano at the suggestion of the bartender and it was equal parts refreshing, delicious, and BIG, with the Mediterranean pasta salad. My husband had the Peppadew chicken sandwich with tots. It was messy but very good. My daughter had the craft veggie bowl which she very much enjoyed even though she doesnât love brown rice. They had lots of IPAs which is a bummer because they arenât my thing, but the red ale was delicious!! The little downtown area is adorable. Honestly, you need to just stop here and try this place when in or...
Read moreWe love this restaurant and service is always great. Just wanted to give feedback on gluten free items, I ordered the Cajun bowl on the special and it said GF on the special board, I even double checked with the person at the register that it was GF, but when the food came out there was bread resting on the food. I felt I should triple check it was GF and sure enough it wasnât. The server was very great about just getting gluten free bread out however, I have celiac so even the tiniest bread crumb can get me sick, so that is cross contamination. Iâm hoping I donât get sick because I didnât eat the food on that side of the bowl but wanted to let you all know for next time. I love that you are attempting to put GF items on the menu but for those with celiac be mindful if you label something GF it should be completely...
