We've eaten here a handful of times over the last few months & enjoyed our experience each time. The atmosphere here is great no matter where you sit - inside or outside.
If you opt to sit outside (if you can find seating!) you get a gorgeous view of Silver Creek running through downtown Silverton. Planter Pots are overflowing with flowers all around the balcony & help to section off the seating area & create a bit of privacy from the roadway - though it can get loud. The umbrellas do their best to shade the sun, but during the mid-afternoon hours, it can get a little bright out there.
If seating isn't available outside - or the weather isn't good enough - inside is just as nice. Seating is comfortable, the ambiance of the room is calm, yet not silent. Large windows allow for tons of natural light to spill into the dining area, which help to elevate the comfortable, cozy feeling when sitting inside.
The food is good quality & presented quite nicely. The menu isn't huge, which typically means that most of the options offered are fresh.
What is huge though, is the drink selection. They have a multi-page menu of different drinks - cocktails, spirits, wines, etc. We always find something we like whenever we come.
This last visit, we ordered the Brussels, which were roasted evenly, and topped with vinegarette/wine sauce? nevertheless, my wife and I happily polished off the plate.
I got the Steak Frites - the steak was seared nicely & cooked to my desired preference. It was topped with a yummy Chimichurri Sauce. The fries - were fries. Battered. Frozen. Fried. I do wish the steak was seasoned a little better - the steak itself without the chimichurri sauce tasted rather plain.
My wife got the Noble Burger & she thought it was fantastic. Usually, she doesn't quite finish her food, and offers it to me to finish for her, but tonight there was nothing left! The burger was cooked just perfectly - not too overdone. It was certainly not a dry burger.
They have a very nice Happy Hour that we've hit up a few times for a quick bite, and the options never disappoint.
The prices here are not bad either. With how expensive it's gotten to eat out at any other fast-casual or sit-down restaurant, I find it much more enjoyable to just spend a few extra dollars at a place like this. The experience is better, the food is better, and I'm always walking away feeling positive about...

Celebrating our anniversary in town, we stumbled upon what seemed like a culinary gem, per the photos and reviews. Excitedly perusing the promising menu, our hopes soared.
We kicked off with flair, indulging in baked Brie and delicious drinks. Then, I ventured into the realm of happy hour offerings, opting for spicy chicken tacos after learning they were out of the pulled pork nachos and another menu item. The drinks delighted, and the Brie earned its praise, especially with those delectable bread pieces.
But oh, the tacos! Behold the overflowing fillings, rendering taco pickup an Olympic feat. It was a filling fiesta, reminiscent of succotash – diced chicken, bell pepper, an army of corn, jalapeño, and even green apple, all swimming in a watery, paprika-infused pool. Despite the aquatic setting, the chicken managed to be Sahara dry, while the tortillas, seemingly oblivious to the fiesta, remained dry and crumbly. Forks became our newfound utensil friends. And that drizzle? It tasted like mayo in disguise, crowned with a confetti of raw paprika.
These tacos defied convention. They looked odd, tasted odder, and the server’s silence spoke volumes. For the price tag, I expected a fiesta, not a befuddlement. The absence of spice, the deluge of blandness, and the perplexing inclusion of apples and paprika left me scratching my head.
This was a tortilla-wrapped enigma, a succotash saga. Though typically reluctant to send plates back, I would have gladly voiced my taco turmoil. Scanning reviews post-meal, I found solace in solidarity – others, too, had met their match with these peculiar tacos.
When tacos beckon, expectations lean towards shredded meats, cheese, onions, cilantro, and the like. This, however, veered into uncharted taco territory.
Apart from this taco travesty, the evening held promise. But alas, the tacos cast a long, weird shadow over our celebration.
If these tacos are here to stay, a menu revision is in order. As I struggled through each bite, one thought looped incessantly: “This...

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at The Noble Fox, which compels me to leave a one-star review due to the abysmal service I encountered. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that the staff's behavior was far from satisfactory, leaving me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer.
Despite informing our waiter that we were ready to place our order, we were completely ignored throughout our visit. Despite attempts to get their attention, the staff seemed disinterested and prioritized other tables over ours. This lack of attentiveness and disregard for our presence was highly unprofessional.
Adding insult to injury, we couldn't help but notice the mocking glances and laughter from some of the employees. Such disrespectful behavior further deepened our disappointment and confirmed the low regard with which we were treated. It is disheartening to be subjected to such disdain in a supposedly reputable establishment.
Regrettably, we were left with no choice but to leave the restaurant, feeling utterly dissatisfied and disrespected. The Noble Fox's failure to provide even basic customer service is deeply concerning and reflects poorly on their commitment to excellence.
I strongly advise potential patrons to reconsider dining at The Noble Fox. Their lack of attention, indifference, and mockery indicate a severe lack of professionalism and customer care. In light of this experience, it is impossible for me to give this establishment anything more than one star, as the service we received was unacceptable.
I hope that The Noble Fox takes immediate steps to address these issues and reevaluates their approach to customer service. Until then, I urge individuals to explore alternative dining options that prioritize respect, attentiveness, and a genuine desire to provide a pleasant dining experience Don’t take...
