We live in Oregon City and whenever we make a trip south on 213, to Eugene or to the coast, we always stop at Fin and Fowl for lunch and for their grab and go case. I always get the ahi poke bowl (best poke bowl ever!!). I love that I can help myself to the grab and go case for extra seaweed salad, ginger, wasabi, sriracha, or soy sauce for my poke bowl. Husband loves the pork and rice. And the portions are so generous. We always have enough leftovers for another meal. The grab and go always changes, from chicken spatzle soup to lasagne and excellent desserts. By far the best carrot cake we’ve ever purchased. Also the best smoked salmon. (I love when they have smoked salmon bellies.) Our last trip through we were heading to our cabin on the coast for a quick maintenance trip. Got everything for dinner. I love that this restaurant also carries local bread and produce when in season. Photo is our delicious dinner provided by Fin and Fowl. Breakfast was toasted sourdough with smoked salmon and sliced tomatoes, all from Fin and Fowl.

Also excellent customer service. Always friendly, helpful, and fast. We were tickled on our last visit to see that the inside seating has expanded. We just love...

Mind blowing food! The dishes we had were so layered and flavorful. The broth for the glazed pork ramen truly amazed us (so rich and comforting), and the yuzu glazed smoked salmon was the best fish I have ever had (sweet, tangy, smokey... omg). The portion sizes are incredibly generous; especially for the ramen dish, we couldn't believe the amount of protein in it. We ordered the gyozas to share (perfectly crispy and delightful), and one dish for each of us. We have big appetites, but we left completely stuffed! One bowl to share between two people could easily satisfy. They have so many delicious dishes to try (including desserts that we had to skip today because we were too full)! Fast and friendly service as well. Good vibes all around. We can't wait...

Stopped in finally to check this place out with it's good reviews and tasty sounding menu. I was pleasantly surprised to discover I already knew the owners from past events they have catered. I was impressed in the past by Chef Paul's culinary skills and with my visit today I was once again. I ordered the Salmon bento, Ahi Poke, Annette's gf macaroons, a Hawaiian Sun Lilikoi Lychee juice drink, and had to try Susan's ginger cookies. Everything tasted amazing! Love the setup with grab and go items. Smoked salmon was spot on with hint of smoke, moist and flavorful. Love the presentation from the radish garnish to the black sesame seeds on the avocado slices. Classy name for a classy place! So happy Paul and Susan opened this...

Well, it’s official, my college dorm room opinion of ramen has been settled. These awesome folks created some of the best noodle entrees that I’ve ever experienced. I chose the Ramen bowl with chicken hindquarters, smoked salmon, and shrimp. I can’t think of anything that their rich broth lacked. Fresh spinach blanched atop enlivened my inner Popeye. Silverton is one of Oregon’s gem towns. This was my second dining experience in this quaint artsy town which seems to be experiencing a renaissance. The future of street cafes could easily take a stronger hold. The cops in town still wave at strangers with cameras. This is a very pedestrian town only lacking warmer spring days. Enjoy this town if you get a chance.
