Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Simi Valley

I pulled up to the driveway for a drive-through order and the girls said one second. I said sure 10 minutes later she says have you been helped I ordered two breakfast sandwiches and some potatoes. I am the only person in line and I have to wait another 10+minutes at the window with my car in park turned off all. And for my sandwiches to be cold!! That was the final straw! when I decided to call and make a complaint about this, looking at my receipt, they have no number to call that is active. I tried calling the number at the top, which is not in service. Staff extremely rude and upcharging without asking what item I wanted. I asked for the guacamole burger and instead of asking what I wanted dhe charged me for the large. After I asked why she scoffed and smirked like I was asking a crazy question. These staff are always rude and glaring at me and other customers. Went through the erringer/cochran drive thru on 11/15 and had a pleasant experience with Judith taking my order and Christian at the window. She was patient as I made the line long and was deciding. He was attentive as I double checked with kids in the car about sauces and they kept changing their minds. Good labor is hard to come by and these two are very courteous and respectful.
