Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Simi Valley

Went here at 11:50am 1/18/2024 - I was in the drive through with my window up and did not here the worker talking. I realized that the window was up and I apologized profusely for having zoned-out. When I was done apologizing this chick says, "Gimme a minute... please wait." I could tell by the voice attitude that she was pissed for me not responding for 20 seconds, mind you there were no cars behind me and the place was not busy! Finally she takes my order and I drive up to pay. She has the window closed as she totally ignores me while bumfumbling around at the cash-register. The she walks away for a few seconds and returns, opens the wind and takes my $8.78 for one Beyond Burger Lettuce Wrap. She then informs me with a snarky smirk, that I need to go and wait in the parking lot until my food is brought out to me. I knew that I was being penalized for her waiting 20 seconds. I told her to keep the money and enjoy the burger as I sped out of this NO CUSTOMER...

Order number 233587. Cashier was paisa Esperanza who clearly can’t hear so well. I asked for my criss cut fries to be well done but instead I got cold soggy fries. Terrible service and attention to detail. How hard is it to give customer fresh food? Even at 10pm when there is nobody there but me. Food is cold and Esperanza could careless since she is not the one eating it. I have to come home and heat up the cold food I was given. Terrible experience, avoid this location...

Per usual not the best service. Took forever to come to counter as they were focusing on drive thru only. When finally acknowledged asked if they had a deal that was on app and they said no and would not honor it. I tried to order online but could not get the order to go through.
