Wendy's — Restaurant in Simi Valley

If you live at Varenita, this Wendy’s is a great place to eat. We go here all the time as it is just walking distance from Varenita, in Griffin Plaza, I mean, it is only about 100 steps away!

So much better than that expensive, slow “mill” across the way which doesn’t even open until 4 PM on Saturday, and which DOES NOT GIVE VETERANS DISCOUNTS.

Especially if you’re elderly like me, and you like to eat soft food for a very low price, and you don’t have to shell out $20 in tips!

Instead of waiting for a table we instead go here to this clean new Wendy’s and have wonderful burgers or chili or salads. Chicken nuggets as well. I also like the Frosty. Also better fries than any restaurant anywhere!

All of our friends and both my parents, who live at Varenita, have made a regular lunch date and dinner date at this Wendy’s and I often have it delivered.

Food is good but service is lackluster at best. Staff had an issue with giving me 3 refills on the same visit. I stood at the front with my cup to get a refill and they all just looked at me for 3-4 minutes like I was a zombie. I’ve gotten better service at McDonald’s.

So today (6-23-21)was just bad, I know I came close to lunch hour but still no one was in the dinning area. I stood at the cashier's station for literally 10 minutes, no one acknowledged me, not even "I'll be right with you". I annoyingly just went to the one on Erringer and Los Angeles and was immediately greeted and served. I guess I'll just go a little farther for my Wendy's fix...

The customer service at this location is terrible! They are always cold and rude! That includes the managers. After this last trip and the manager being extremely rude. They also screwed up the order. There was suppose to be a Bacon Double Stack and it definitely was not. They messed up my friends order by ripping her off by giving her the wrong food. This location is by far the worst! Customer service is everything and I will not be back to this location! The only thing going for it is...
