Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Simpsonville

This location is the absolute worst at delivery, cleanliness and customer service. First time ordering delivery a sandwich was left out of the bag. The store refused to offer help and stated I would need to come in to get the sandwich. I had it delivered for a reason—it was a large order for the company we had at our house. The associate at the store was one of the rudest people I have ever talked to. When I arrived at the store to pick up the sandwich they failed to put into the bag, the associate proceeded to literally yell across the store at me in front of other customers. The second time ordering, the order was never received, I realize they utilize DoorDash for delivery but there is no communication across the two entities causing a horrible headache. When I called to have my order re delivered, the store never received it from DoorDash. If you are going to utilize this service to offer delivery to your customers, I would advise have friendly, understanding associates who work for you, and communicating with your delivery service! On top of the horrible service they provide, going in store is never better. Tables, floors and trash receptacles are always in absolutely terrible shape. Why are people so infuriating! I asked for 3 Giants, number 56, no jalapenos on any and 1 with no mushrooms. They gave me 3 regulars and used my points on that. Even though, at the register when I paid (before they even made the sandwiches) I asked to "make one of the giants with my shore points please". I was as nice as I could and even waited for the people in front of me. There were extremely nice until I voiced my problem and the answer was "my bad". I waited a sec, trying not to get upset at the person and he says "uhh... Do you...uh". I'm sorry, but I got upset and said "Nevermind. I'll take what you gave me" I wanted my shore points to be used for a giant and I didn't have time to wait for 3 more to be made. We get Jersey Mike's all the time on Fridays and eat half. The other half is lunch for Saturday. We have 4 people. I am very very upset and I'm not sure if I'm going to this location again, even though it's closest to my work. I'm not giving this a 1 star, because up until that point, customer service was AMAZING! I never felt more welcomed in a Jersey Mike's. But I am very very disappointed in how it was handled. I was very impressed with JM on my first ever visit 😁 I ordered a veggie sub on wheat and it was plump and tasty, even without meat. However, I thought the bread was a tad bit tough to bite into, but the sandwich was still good. My second trip drew me back for a chicken philly. Well. I asked for wheat and got white bread. I wanted cheese and got no cheese. After wrapping my sandwich, the cook realized she forgot the cheese. She opened the sandwich to see if I wanted it corrected, but, by then, I was ready to eat. So, I told her that was ok. And, again, the bread was tough to bite. I noticed that there were no combos unless you sign up to get rewards. JM is a pretty good samich shop, but on the pricey side. A regular (or 6 inch) costs about $9 and change. Add a bag of chips, a cookie, and a medium drink and the order came out to $15 and change. The green and yellow shop would have been about $5 less before tax for the same combo. Here you can actually buy a 6 inch combo for about $2-$3 less including tax. I think I'll stick with the green and yellow...
