I've been a Jersey Mike fanatic for years now, we always go to one when we're in other cities and it's always been a good/great experience out of the 50 times we've gone, unfortunately this time was not.
We arrived at 11 am, there were only maybe 4 people in front of me, I'm only 2 people from the bread counter, so you'd assume it'd be quick. However, I didn't get through the line and get my food for about 35 min. There were a lot of people working, not sure if there's just that many online orders but they had only one person making sandwiches out front, at some point in the middle of the rush, one of the workers decided to fully clean and wipe down the meat cutter, which stalled production by at least 5 minutes while we all stood there confused. Throughout the ordeal, it just seemed like they were rudderless with no experienced manager or owner around, I saw a manager briefly come from the back. By the time I left, there were 20 people waiting all the way back to the door. Needless to say, something needs to change. The most surprising thing is that newly opened restaurants are usually over-the-top determined to provide quality service, hoping this store gets better and/or Jersey Mike's area developer can get them...

I have never been questioned about whether or not I am who I say I am to get my food until today. I almost didn’t get my order because I was picking up under my husband’s name. I ordered for 1045 pickup and I didn’t get my order until 1115. People who came in and waited in line got their food before I did. I told my husband who then called and spoke to a female manager. She was nothing but disrespectful and kept interrupting him when he was trying to talk. When an online order is placed it shouldn’t take 30 minutes after your time to finally get your food. They also should look into getting their managers in a leadership class to learn how to be respectful towards customers.
