Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Sioux City

I order jimmy John’s fairly often. I’ve been to quite a few and never have I been to one where I order pick up and they have to assembly my combo meal. I arrived after my order was ready. Bag was not on the rack for pick up. I inquired about it and the one employee said it’s right here. He brought me my sandwich and then said oh let me grab you a bag. I inquired about chips and kickin ranch and was told they were in the fridge below me. Why can’t you guys just put the shit in the bag????? Won’t be back to this location...

Asked for pickles to be cut into coins so I could place on sandwich and after a brief discussion at drive through I get home to find spear cut called manager to get the it's our rule... called other 2 stores and was told no rule existed and that there was a policy that if the customer wants things made to order that you make them to order... moral of this review shop at the other 2 bc the Floyd store sucks... manager clearly doesn't understand what...

Don’t waste your time ordering online. Save your time and your money and just go to the store. I got the wrong food and the driver just tossed the food on the doorstep. I called the store and the manager was unapologetic. Blamed me for the driver not even knocking on the door. Then assured me that my food was made, just given to someone else.
