KFC — Restaurant in Sioux City

Walked in and got greeted very rudely.. Then stood in line for about 5 minutes waiting to place order with an employee finally got one to acknowledge us and he was rude asking if we wanted to pay said he thought we ordered using the kiosk we said no and he walled away so we ordered using the kiosk and then he was rude when taking our money then didn't give the correct change back.. Then other customers entered and he was rude to them telling them they needed to use the kiosk becuae he was the only cashier and during lunch hours..Had numerous employees look at us while we was waiting and didn't say anything like we will be right with you they just walked past us.. Had numerous employees there but apparently it was break time or all was working in the kitchen so only one cashier.. This all was before 1pm.. The employees were just not giving good customer service.. I'm one that has work fast food or customer service all my life so I know how customer service is suppose to be and we got crappy very crabby customer service when we was there.. Will say the food was great!! The only positive...

Kentucky fried chicken has always been my Fav..for years now But tonite I ordered a 4piece chicken dinner w a Xtra biscuit....and when I pulled into the pin lot at KFC on Hamilton Blvd.i Was totally Shocked because they had not 1 car in pkn lot myself and my 2dogs I had w me got my 4piece dinner and drove 7blks home when dogs and Igot inside i open chicken box and there was 4pieces of chicken but the wing leg were looked like they was from a newborn chicken so so small and iit was so cold all of it The skin was dripping with grease and it was just disgusting .......Just wanna say KFC ....i will never eat here again and i can only afford to eat out once pr month You charged me $18 for this...I Dont Think So,im really sad😞and now i can see WHY I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER THERE I DONT KNOW WHERE YOUVE GONE WRONG BUT IT SURELY WASNT EATABLE AND ILL Never Spend Any

Its friendly and quiet place to have dinner with family's or friends really depends on what you are looking for in a fast food store. I mean they have verity of chooses on what you may like and serve all you can eat buffet from 11am to 8pm everyday of the week. Drive through is available from 11am to 9pm every sundays, then Monday thru Thursday is 11am to 9:30pm, and as Fridays and Saturdays hrs are 11am to 10pm. As a lil reminder that lobby is open from 11am to 9am. Please come check it out for yourself and experience the choices of many types of chicken, you can choose from grilled, original, or crispy chicken. Also there is pot pies served everyday (not only on just Wednesdays) but Fridays is gizzards Fridays all day till...
