Opa Time — Restaurant in Sioux City

April 1st was my first time eating at opa time. After a few weeks of waiting for them to open, I was very much looking forward to ordering food, but unfortunately, I must have caught them on a bad day. I wanted to order something quick and easy, so I ordered a bacon burger and French fries. As I was paying I realised this man (who I assumed was the manager) was dripping and pouring with sweat, it didn't take me off too much becuase we've all worked to the point we sweat plus he's not handling the food so I left it alone. I was informed my food was being bagged up, but as I saw the man who was sweating putting my food in the bag, I felt a bit uneasy when he started tapping the side of the wrap of my burger to make sure the foil was on there properly. I'm not sure how many stuff he touched, but I left it alone. It wasn't until I saw him drop 1 French fry on the counter near the register. I didn't worry about it until the man picked up the French fry with his bear hands and put it in the bag with the rest of the fries. I don't know what was on the counter before, and I don't know what else the man touched, but unfortunately, such an event made me loose interest in the fries so I threw them away, but just as I was in the middle of eating the sandwich I realised there was no bacon. So apart from the poor cleanliness of the manager and touching my food with his bear hands along with picking up a dirty fry off the counter and my sandwich missing what I wanted on it I am forced to give opa time a...

The service was really bad and the guy at the window was disrespectful and not nice he ask if we ordered cheese balls and we didn't have that on the order... and then he was like oh its gonna be 44 bucks but we ordered something else and then he was like whatever 😒 and then he closed the windows door and slammed it and then started laughing to himself. And they didn't make are order when we got to the window either ... 😒 and first they came outside and took our order and then they talked in secret and then pointed at us...

I’m very very disappointed in the service of a gal that took orders today. My niece came from out of town to have lunch with me and my husband now she did this for me because I’ve had surgery and she knew I love opa time and I’ve spent a lot of money in the past years there and 3 gyro salads over 40 bucks later to be treated rudely from the gal who was taken orders at the register this morning around 11 I told her should have walked out but she didn’t.
