Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Sioux City

Horrible service here time and time again. I stopped going her because of the rudeness of certain employees. The gentleman in the drive through was sweet, the girl taking on the headset was rude and need to learn customer service skills. I simply asked for my online order and was very rudely scolded for cutting in line from the side, which I did not do. And was told that I need to drive all the way around the building because they don't allow line cutters. I was the only one behind my front cars for a good 3min before any other cars pulled up, but she happened to look out the back door long enough to dirty look me and than was rude on the headset. Talking to me as if I was a child, when she didn't even have the correct information. I will never returnto this location again which sucks because I live in leads and it's convenient for me. This place claims to close at 8pm but I have been there twice at 7:30 & both times was told that they were closed. This time, the employee that said her name was Alex was extraordinarily rude & condescending. I finally asked what time they close & was told 8pm but my click clearly said 7:30. Then I asked what time they stop serving & Alex got an attitude again. I buy 2 coffees a day from that place for a total of $14 per day. That equals $420 a month. Great for kids but not for adults looking for a latte. A rude little girl seemed offended when I pulled up to the window without ordering at the sign. I didn't see it. Plus we were the only one there although a car did pull up behind me and she took their order.
