--- COVID-19 Times review ---
The location: Off the beaten track, out by the airport. We kept driving and driving and I thought we'd made a wrong turn. Then we stumbled on Imperial Garden right where it's supposed to be in a strip mall.
The food: It's been a little while since I had it, but I had no complaints. For an advance order we brought back to Brookings, everything was still piping hot. The vegetable fried rice was delectable. The spring rolls were SO crispy. I was surprised and delighted by the amount of vegetarian options when so many options are just "steamed broccoli" in other places.
The service: Hubsy went in to pick up the food and he said it was clearly a family establishment, and someone's mom wanted to make sure we had enough rice. They were so kind and made sure we were taken care of.

I no longer wonder why the place is completely empty every...

When she brought them back my husband asked her what other drinks they have. She said other than soda and water they only had tea. He asked for a tea and when she came back with it she basically slammed it on the table. My seafood delight was so salty that all I could eat was the fake crab meat and shrimp and it was so salty it made my tongue raw eating that. The scallops tasted like a burnt grill. My husband's House General was so hard he could barely chew it. Only good thing about the entire meal was the...
