I placed a large online order at around noon with the pickup time to be at 7 pm. The order was around 120 dollars. When I picked up my order and got it home, everything was cold. I was shorted quite a few items. When I called the manager she informed me that she could not refund me for the items I did not receive. I went to the store to get the items that were left off. Also, inquired why the food was cold she had informed me that they cooked the order as soon as they got the online information. So I asked what time did they put the chicken on the pickup shelf. She could not tell me and said that as soon as they got the order at around noon they cooked the chicken and placed it on the shelf. Reminder pick up time was to be 7 pm. I told her if they left the chicken out and did not keep it warm that we could not eat the chicken because of food poisoning ( chicken cannot be left out for hours without being refrigerated or left in a warmer). The store manager said that I would have to come back in on Monday to talk to the store owner. Eventually after I stated that I would have to throw the chicken out that they gave me, the manager stated she would replace the chicken with what they had and also give me the remaining items that were left off of the original order. Read moreThis is not my experience but it was just told to me 5 minutes ago by my coworker and I had to share. Apparently he was eating there TODAY (in the KFC side) and was sitting at a booth eating his meal. The manager was interviewing a potential employee at the next booth. Towards the end of the interview the manager whipped out a plastic container and told the person they needed to go right into the bathroom and urinate in the container for a drug screening. The person did so and then brought the container back out. The manager proceeded to gauge the warmth of the urine cup, hold it up in the air and look at it while swirling it around, and then opened the container and dropped in a dipstick for the test RIGHT AT THE BOOTH with a customer at the next booth. I was as disgusted by this story as my co-worker was by the actual experience!!! I never go to this place except for the occasional drive through, but my GOSH! Isn't it in the "Managing a Restaurant 101" class that maybe we don't want human urine on the table if we can help it!!?? Perhaps customers who are dining in our establishment don't want to smell and/or see urine while they're chowing down on some...
Read moreToday I was disappointed in my order. I do need to say that the drive-up attendant was very pleasant and polite to deal with. One of the items that we tried today was the new Cheetos Chicken Sandwich. It looks way better on the commercial. The Cheetos flavor was very minimal even when crunching on a cheeto, and there is mayo included which was not told to us that it came on the sandwich, but it provided some flavor and held the cheetos on the sandwich. The second disappointment came when after an extended wait for our order to be prepared we received regular fries instead of the potato wedges that the combos were advertised to be included not fries. The sadness just continues. Disappointment #3 was that we were not given butter for our biscuits! One of the great KFC enjoyments is having a fresh tender KFC biscuit that is hot and squeezing the delicious butter packet on it and having it melt into the biscuit. Yumm - well, we didn't get to enjoy that this time. I've said enough for today. I will not be going back to KFC for a while, probably the next commercial that lures me in with the newest tasty temptation. I wish you better...
