Absolutely horrible service from a single person that ruins the whole store. I came in at 8:55 tonight; I get it, that’s late, but I work night shifts and don’t have much of a window from my house to my place of employment so it just has to be sometimes. My order isn’t difficult. It’s straight-forward and extremely common in fact. Usually staff is very friendly, but tonight this person named Kate (dyed hair) was inappropriately rude to a paying customer. I’ve had previous issues with them as far as attitude and I’ve seen others have similar complaints towards them but I tried to give the benefit of the doubt. Tonight was unmistakably worse than others. I went through the drive-through, as I normally do on Wednesday nights, and ordered just to be met with Kate calling the driver of my car a nasty word for coming in later than most others, one starting with a B. Not only is that insane customer service but it’s a horrible look for business. Not to mention my order was made sloppily and the extra additions I paid for were obviously excluded. Read moreAbsolutely terrible service, on multiple occasions they have forgotten food off my mobile order on this occasion, I had to go to the cashier to tell them they were missing my burrito and iced drink. Then they told me they ran out of burritos but made me wait in line to tell me that. They didn’t go out of their way to tell me I had to discover I was missing items. It took them an additional 20 minutes to make a single drink they missed on my order, they helped everyone else in the drive thru and lobby before fixing their mistake. It took me asking 3 different employees if they were starting my drink to finally start it. To add insult to injury the food we received tasted like it didn’t have a single cube of salt on it. Read moreI don’t usually leave bad reviews but this Starbucks just has a lot of issues going on with their store. It seems as they cannot fulfill normal business hours as well as keeping their lobby open. I’ve been going to this Starbucks for years and for some reason these last couples months has really been frustrating getting a cup of coffee here! They have a very slow drive thru which is odd since that’s the only thing open, I had my drink made incorrectly a couple times and the last time I was over it and told the lady in drive she had an attitude with me. I’m very disappointed and will no longer do business at this location this is very unacceptable. I hope nobody else gets treated like this over a $6...
