We tried ordering 5 pizzas through the app. It wouldn't let me do pay on pickup because the order was over $50. App wouldn't let me add more than 2 gift cards. I had to call twice to put in my order when my dad was on the way to pay because my dad didn't know the order when he left and I couldn't make the order over $50 over the phone in one call so we had to call back to add to the order. I already spent 1.5 hours trying to make this order with all the people we had to feed. It's my birthday, I'm beyond frustrated so when I called to add to the order, I was explaining the situation to the guy, he copped an attitude. I told him my additional order that I was adding. When I was in the middle of apologizing telling him I know it wasn't his fault, he hung up on me. When a customer is actively telling you she understands it's not your fault when the employee cops an attitude when you are explaining the situation, you don't hang up....
Read moreThis Domino’s has always been on point for the most part. They are always on time with deliveries and when I carry out . The only complaints I have are that the store is TINY and when I want to go through the drive-thru, it’s always backed up way into Robert Rd. wayyyyy around the building and then some. Also, a few of the employees could be a little more friendly. There not mean or rude, their just not happy and don’t seem to be in a good mood, but I kinda get this because whenever I go their swamped and are all rushing around making all kinds of stuff to keep up with their fast service time, so their probably more likely in “the zone” making pizzas, and having to stop to check out a customer throws them off. All in all, I think this Domino’s has it figured out and proficient and timely, and do an overall great job in a timely manner. Keep up the good work...
Read moreI love your pizza. We, as a family have been ordering it for 11+ years. Even longer if you count college years! Tonight was the last night. And it had everything to do with personnel. There was a mix up and our food came 2.5 hrs late. We called and they hung up on us 4 times. Head quarters, or the office above the branch, said they will contact the branch for us. Immediately after “HQ” said that, we got a dial tone and sure enough, it was the branch manager saying “hello”. We were told, we were in the wrong and were hung up on 7 times. Choice words were used on both ends. Needless to say, the branch made it very clear that they do not care about professionalism or business for that matter. For the record, this is my first time writing something like this. Take this for what it’s worth....
