Quaker Steak & Lube — Restaurant in Slippery Rock Township

Stopped in for a bucket of Lickers after work. They were as good or better than expected (they didn't skimp on the sauce). The lady at the counter provided great service....I gave a lower review for service as I tried to call in my order to pick up and no one answered. As I sat waiting 15 minutes for my order, I heard one worker tell another " the phone is ringing" to which he responded "It will keep ringing, I'm not going to answer it!!" Also watched several orders placed after mine going out before I got mine. Shortly before receiving my order I heard the same guy say "Oh shit, I forgot about that bucket". Overall good experience and good food, though apparently unless staff changes are made, use an app to order and don't expect it to be ready when you arrive...

Communication during order was horrible. Was told wait would be 30-45 minutes, I had to call them an hour plus in just for an update. Doesn’t help the delivery guy didn’t even call me when he was at my building, so he left with my order. This should be a 1 star review if it wasn’t for the great manager at the establishment. Pretty good food, but being that it is a college campus, this is going to get its fair share of busy surges. During those times, it will be hit or miss whether or not things will be done in less than 10 minutes, which is understandable. They have plenty of chairs, I can wait.
