If I could have given no stars, I would. Very disappointed in the behavior of some employees. Called at 4:15 to order a pizza for delivery, there was a miscommunication about the address and the deliverer âsat at the location and rang the bell for 20 minutesâ before returning to the store and throwing away our pizzas. Then, after calling at 5:45 asking about the delivery, was told by an employee that it was a mistake and theyâd make a new order and deliver it soon. We were understanding, and the employee was very apologetic about their mistake. Again, at 6:30, we called to check on our order and the new employee was incredibly rude and condescending. He said that they did not deliver to our area and after explaining that we were merely 7 minutes away from the store and we had 8 young, hungry, and tired soccer players, he made the comment âif youâre only 7 minutes away, why donât you just come pick it up yourselfâ and was overall very rude and accusing. Poor customer service skills and conflict resolution. Just disappointed that they were so quick to be rude and blatantly sarcastic. Now the kids are restless and hungry while we need to figure out what to make to feed them quickly after a full day out. 0/10,...
   Read moreI know Domino's isn't some fancy 5 star exotic cuisine restaurant, but they're food is always made on time & served/tastes as advertised. A cashier/counter person there named Mario is why I'm writing this, he was extremely nice & when I went to pay for my $68 dollars of food, he insisted he worked his magic to provide coupons I had not known about, saving me over $10 dollars on my order. Always good service! But if the manager or higher-ups see this I would greatly appreciate giving that man Mario a raise or atleast a good performance review to get him a raise sooner in the nearer future... He's always super kind, super helpful, super positive, and every encounter with him has been nothing short of a delight, not just from helping me save, but event just the interaction, hopefully you reward his hospitality with proper compensation, as a a customer here, it would make ME happy cause he deserves it, I'm sure that's already known tho... Thank you again Mario, you are THE MAN!!! and it's always a pleasure đ good luck going forward & I wish you the best my pizza...

Being a 48 year old woman, I was treated like a criminal for pulling close to a delivery drivers flat black truck that looked like it had been around the block a few times, I felt I pulled up a bit too close while picking up food at a MUCH BETTER restaurant next door. I pulled away from the vehicle, checked for damage, which was non existent, I took pictures like any responsible adult would do since I could not leave due to someone else callung the police. When I approached owner of vehicle to ask if she saw damage to her vehicle she consorted with another employee and stepped away from me like I was a threat.....NICE SCAM YOUNGIN'S. Hope Deangelo's decide in the future to hire people with better vehicles that learn not to pick on Vietnam Vet's OR their caregivers. You lost our business. & as accomodating as I was, instead of being angry, YOUR WHOLE COMPANY...
