Tin Tsin — Restaurant in Smithfield

I've been dining at this restaurant since I moved into town in 2016 under the old former owners and now the newer owners that took over about a year or two ago. The food was always good but under the new ownership I've noticed more enthusiasm in the effort they put forth in preparing good looking and good tasting food. The portions are extremely generous, the food tastes fresh, their service is very quick whenever I call in my orders, my orders are accurately prepared and their customer service is awesome. They are always friendly no matter how busy they might be in very accommodating whenever I ask for substitutions or other changes Made to my menu items that I order. Good neighborhood Chinese food is often difficult to find. It's usually either really good or really bad and rarely anything in between. I moved to Florida, was up here visiting family! The Chinese food in Florida is pretty bad! Read the reviews for This place Tsin Ti n hoping for some delicious New England Chinese food! Let me tell you the Chinese food down in Florida is better than this place! The Boneless ribs were like rubber, the boneless chicken was burnt and the Fried rice was flavorless! Do your self a favor go to Riverside, either Lee’s or Dragon are so much better than this swill!

Yes I visited Greenville Ri to see family, and I did order from your restaurant on RT 44 next to Sienna Restaurant across from Apple Valley Mall. And yes the Chinese food in Florida as bad as it is is better than what you serve! Nice try, making it seem like the review was a mistake. You should just try to do better, not argue with...

I wished I had took pictures but I've never seen Asian food so bland! + Lack spices & flavors. Also from the side of my eye I watched a chicken finger from my order fell on the ground, to not make it awkward I pretend not to see but once I realize the effort she made to put it with the rest of my order I made sure i maintain DIRECT eye contact till my plate (that I end up trashing) was ready. Why I trash the plate ? Because once she realize I knew what had happen she picked it up & pretent to toss it in the trash but I'm convinced she threw it on the counter out of sight. Just GROSS!

NOT SURE, but I'm convinced that that one chicken finger was refried for another customer pick up/delivery order.
