I've been going here since we moved here back in 2017. For the first several years, the experience was great. I've tried several of their dishes and generally have no complaints. To this day, it's my favorite place for wings. Ordered some last night and the order took literally over an hour to be prepared. This has been a common theme lately, but more often than not the food is almost scalding hot. So, at least it's fresh -- glass half full.
I'll admit that I was already greatly annoyed about the wait. Given that this wasn't a one-off experience, it feels like a staffing or maybe time management issue and that's definitely something they can fix. I received the wrong order (wings with fried rice vs wings with fries) -- I confirmed I ordered the wrong thing on Doordash as well. If it's going to take over an hour to be prepared, I would sincerely hope that it the order is at least correct. Fried rice had several large clumps of plain white rice.
My main issue was that I received a very poorly butchered chicken wing. Based on the angle of the cut, it looked like someone quite literally snapped the wing off. The edge was sharp as well. I was mainly grossed out by the visual aspect (at first glance I thought it was a beak) but at the end of the day there's no reason for this. I work in orthopedics -- I know a fracture when I see one.

Read moreThis place is absolutely HORRIBLE. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ESPECIALLY DELIVERY. Every time I have ordered from this restaurant they have gotten my order wrong. Either items were missing or they made the meal incorrectly. When you call them a very rude girl answers the phone and then immediately places you on hold.
When she does finally answer and you try to tell her why you were calling she interrupts you to tell you that she has to go get her manager and then places you back on hold. By about the third attempt that you get to talk to somebody and tell them why your order is incorrect they cut you off and tell you they are going to redeliver the order before you can even finish telling them what you need.
After we were hung up on FOUR times and tried to tell them we wanted to speak to a manager and explain to them why their customer service is so terrible they hung up AGAIN. The woman on the phone explained to me that people in the restaurant have first priority and she doesn’t have to remain on the line. I told her that doesn’t make it OK to hang up on people and that’s horrible customer service.
Because of this horrible experience my roommate has now gone to the restaurant to try to get the order corrected or her money back. AGAIN I warn you please do not order from here. Go somewhere else for...

When i tell you all we as customers want is the same standard of care and service when we visit. The older lady today at the from was nonchalant and not welcoming like the young lady before when she gave me my total i was confused because it wasn’t the same as the order before when i got extra shrimp i literally paid nothing over $13 which is why i decided to come back, when i got to my car i checked my food and there was literally 3 shrimp for $16.50 for a beef fried rice add shrimp i expect more than 3 pieces of shrimp my first time i at least had 5 and paid nothing more than $13 i went back in and the lady said its $4.50 for 4 pieces of shrimp so you mean to tell me i paid more than $1.00 per shrimp and only got 3 and was charged for 4 you have got to be kidding she tried to argue me down until i opened the box and showed her with a spoon then tried to say ill have the cook get you one..no mam that’s ok because this type of service is not ok there are to many chinese, fried rice restaurants around to take bad service from anyone that’s why customer service...
