I know nothing about Brazilian cuts or seasoning. But the Angus I just grilled was delicious and closer to ribeye than sirloin, just as the young lady with excellent English explained. (They do have ribeye - tomorrow, but I am happy with today!) My cut has a thick layer of fat on one side and resembles a top sirloin but has much better mouth feel. I think I need figure out how to render the fat to benefit the meat better — but I am restricted to George Foreman’s open face smokeless grill. And meat was great! Storekeeper talked me into his favorite seasoning pack - big salt, big flavor: similar to a Chicago. You have to buy the whole piece of meat: they will cut it into pieces for you. Read moreWe live 2 hours from Marietta. I’m very disappointed that I gave them a try. I went there TODAY on April 21st. I usually go to the Rio grocery store instead. We purchased a few things and 2 out of 6 items were expired. That makes me think that over 33% of the store has expired items. One of the items was out of date for 3 months and the other one out of date since December of 2024…. That’s crazy. Don’t you guy check your items on shelves???? Selling rotten food? I only noticed the expiration after I closed the package and noticed the date. I went ahead and checked the other things I got and found another one. See the pictures attached. Catupiry Jan/02/2025. Popcorn Dec/17/2024. and today is April 21, 2025. NASTY. I will...

The gentleman at the store was very helpful, prices were fair especially for the quality! I will...
