I am very big on reviews ,and I always look at reviews before I go to any establishment. This place had mixed Reviews , But I said how bad could it be its on Powers Ferry Road. I was so wrong. I Always get Texts from this establishment for Wednesday night open Mic. So I decided to go there on a first date, being that the next day was a holiday. I should have known something was wrong when I saw the Infinity Out front of the establishment with 4 flats That looked like it was there for months. But the valet was amazing so I gave it a try. Everything was going great ,the atmosphere was very vibrant, we loved the spoken word and the poetry. The appetizers were great ; even though the wings were cold. And the fries were very salty. But the quesadillas was amazing. Then we ordered food which took a very long time To come. Then we were asked to move our seats. When we had already been there early to get good seats. I believe that we were asked to move because there was no food on our table. Which was not the case ,we were just waiting over 30 minutes for our food when all the other tables food had came out Before ours. This was very disheartening Because we were really enjoying ourselves. The service were amazing despite our food taking a long time. The owner then began to ask several other people to move also like we were all playing musical tables. At this point wejust decided that we were leaving. Then she offered us free tickets. Which we found out was no big deal because the greeter gave us 4 more tickets as we were standing at front door. We believed that is something offered to everyone leaving the establishment. I usually go to Monticello's down the street ,and have an amazing time and the food is amazing also. I So wish that they were open!!!!.So I can show my date what a real night out would be like. And by the way when we got our food home the salmon was dry And so was the rice. I would have really been mad if I had to sit there and wait for that for $30 ,very disappointing. Ladies and gentlemen we have to do better if we want our people to patronize your establishments.. And spend lots of money. I really wanna see spoken word, But I will find another establishment to do this. Thanks...
Read moreWorst dining experience I have ever had! First we got here at 5:30 and were told to wait 10 more minutes until finished setting up. The hours advertised they open from 11am - 2 am. We had confirmed reservations for 6:00 but were told the kitchen didn’t open until 6:30 and we’d have to sit at the bar until then when they finished getting tables ready. Poetry night was advertised to start at 6 pm. The actually show didn’t start until after 8:30, I left at 8:15 and the host was still in the process of warming everyone up. (The host and DJ didn’t arrive until about 7:45 pm) 6:45 rolled around and we were still sitting at the bar, so we ask to be moved to our table. Our bar tab is closed out and we’re told to sit ourselves anywhere we wanted. 10 mins after waiting at the table, our waitress very rudely asks us did we move from the bar and did we close out our bar tab. After we confirmed she advised us that we need to move to another table bc our table seats 3 and not 2. There was literally only 2 other people seated in the entire restaurant. I politely advised her that we were told to seat ourselves, and that if it got packed then we would not mind moving if needed. She storms away, and proceeds to go talk to the other waitresses about us loudly, walking past our table rolling her eyes for the following 15 mins. We finally stop another waitress and ask for a manager. We explain the situation & the manager apologized and told us there is no need for us to be moved after waiting since they’ve been opened & being told to seat ourselves.. He assured us that our waitress was coached about her attitude and poor service, and that she would come back and give us top tier service. She came back ignoring us for another 5 minutes before asking if we knew what we wanted, mind you she never gave us a menu due to her storming off. We ordered, but her service& attitude did not improve through the night. Food was delicious, but all in, the experience was a major inconvenience and disappointment. The hosts of the event were lively and kind, but the poetry night itself was very unorganized due to the establishment itself and the extremely delayed start...
Read moreI was excited to come here and bring a friends of mine along. I’m an agent and I love quality places that I can explore with clients and refer them to. Upon arriving at Euro we were greeted by the door host she was incredibly sweet, patient and kind. Once they took our money everything went down hill. She was trying to get the attention of the guy with the baby dreads to find us a seat, he was DRUNK ON THE JOB (sweating profusely) he was ignoring her as she kept tapping him and asking him to take us to our seats. We were patient because we thought he was talking with another guess when in actuality He was having a conversation with the host of the poetry night. They both see us trying to get inside standing there waiting for them to finish what felt like a 5 minute conversation. Now imagine waiting all day to eat because you want to try the food at a restaurant and you have to wait for no other reason besides the person who should be working not doing their job. He looked us right in our faces and continued the conversation. Rude. He sat us and never told the waitress we were seated. I had to tap another guess interrupting their meal to get me the attention of a bar tender to get me a waitress to my table after being there 30 mins. When we finally ordered the waitress was sweet but incompetent. We got our food and seeing as their social media handler invited me to try the food I had high expectations. The food was BAD!!! I ordered the Philly to be safe after I witnessed the subpar service, thinking you can’t go wrong; right?… Wrong. The bread was stale and that was no Philly I ever had. Fries were cold and soggy. My guest said her chicken was ok but didn’t eat her fries. When it was time to check out we gave the waitress our receipts with the e respective cards. This girl charged the wrong receipts to the wrong cards after explaining to us how she would separate the bill and charge us for our respective meals. It was just a hot mess not worth the 30 mins I drove, the money I spent, or effort I put into my outfit and makeup. I...
