If I could give 0 for service I would. Normally the older woman who is there is really kind and greets everyone. We ordered online today and arrived just after it said our pizza was ready. The young lady with green and orange hair should NOT be working in customer service. There was no hello, no how are you just waiting at a window while they talk and then, “what’s the name?”. We give our name and she goes to look and can’t find our pizza. She comes back to the window and simply says “we don’t have an order by that name “ and starts to close the window to leave and we insist. She goes to look again, and asks us if it could be under a different name and recites full names of other people who have ordered there. We said no, then she asks if we could have ordered from a different store. I take out my phone and show her that it says Enon Springs and that the order is complete. She is totally unbothered we had paid for a pizza that the app says is there and is not. I finally give her the order number. She had to ask for multiple times. Surprise! She found the order! No one there knew what to do. My guess? They sent it out for delivery on accident. Or put the wrong pizza in the wrong box and I suspect a string of mishaps. After about 30 seconds of them all looking at each other confused she says “can you pull into spot 1”. Not, I’m sorry, we are going to have to remake your pizza, not I’m sorry it’s going take awhile would you like a drink? Not I’m sorry would you want to wait for us to remake it or a refund? Nothing. Just pull into spot 1. So, after another 20 minutes and the pizza having to be remade. She’s walking around the parking lot (2 cars) confused about which one to go to. She goes to the wrong car first and I finally rolled down my passenger window and she said my name and I said yes. Not a word from her. A single word. My husband goes, are you not going to offer an explanation or apology or something for this mishap? She goes well what do you want? Still no apology. Still no explanation. In fact she’s bothered they have had to do more for their screw up. My husband then says I don’t know the other lady has offered drinks before? She goes, well you’ll have to pay for them. Which normally we don’t ask for free things but the other older lady who works the window has before and has been so kind. This girl was BOTHERED to do her job and to talk to people at all. He asks her again if there’s anything they can offer and she tells him to talk to the manager. So he gets out, goes in and the manager or whomever was shift lead also did not apologize or greet or anything . We left with two sprites. The sad part is the young lady is easy to remember and identify because her hair is so flamboyant. Just because they’re a body doesn’t mean they should be working there. She should NOT be working there or needs trained on customer service severely. My husband had talked all week about trying the new stuffed crust and some incompetent and RUDE employees ruined it. Looks like management here gets a ton of bad reviews, hopefully the owner gets this and not the manager. He didn’t seem bothered either. Then we get the pizza and it’s mostly crust and cheese doesn’t even cover the whole thing. We like dominos, but we live in a town with dozens of options, it doesn’t have to be this...
Read moreHonestly I'm only giving a one star because I cant give zero. We order from this location about 2 times a month normally the food and service are ok. Tonight at 5:47 PM we placed an order for delivery and the approximate delivery time was 29-39 minutes. At 6:30 I got a text saying Patrick was on his way with the delivery, well when he didn't show up within the next 30 minutes or so I was wondering if he was ever going to show up (we only live about 5 minutes away). I gave it a few more minutes and called the store around 7:15 the girl who answered the phone was VERY rude, and said people aren't getting their pizza fast tonight, ok that's fine I get it I worked in the industry for some years I know how these things go so I asked if she knew where our pizza was and she snapped at me and said hes on his way. Ok so let's fast forward to 8:00 when our pizza STILL hasn't arrived, this time I told my husband to call (hes nicer than me) so he called and the same girl answered the phone, rude once again. He asked to speak to a manager, he explained it to the manager and she then had him speak to the general manager David. Well apparently the driver Patrick said the address didnt exist...but like I said before we order from them all the time and have never had this problem before. So they cancel our order but they didn't tell us and we were left waiting for over 2 hours for pizza. We ended up getting the meal for free but my husband went and got the order so the delivery driver wouldnt get lost. 😂 note to self always order...
Read moreWe have been coming to this dominos for years. About half of the time our pizzas are sloppy, undercooked or wrong. We stopped ordering pan pizza because the dough was never cooked. I’m talking RAW soft dough, so raw I thought it was melted mozzarella cheese. Inedible. We always order extra sauce, one time we got home and had NO sauce on our pizza. We always do half and half toppings, last time we got any evenly cut pizza with two slices of one and 6 of the other topping. Decided to try again today, an online window pick up. The young man with long curly hair didn’t say hello, smile, nothing. Not a SINGLE word. He just opened the window, stared at me, I said hello and gave him my name. He closed it walked away opened it handed me my pizza and closed it again. Not hello, not thank you literally NOTHING. I worked in food service for a decade, I know how hard it can be but quality service isn’t that hard. Today our pizza was ordered with extra sauce and it’s so dry you can hardly see sauce on the pizza at all. It looks like it was dropped in the box and served to us anyway. Very disappointing because we do enjoy dominos when it is actually good. You all have ran out of chances with us.I took pictures but it won’t...
