Dunkin' — Restaurant in Smyrna

Update: my original 2 star review was from about Feb. 2021, it is now Dec 2021. I started going to this Dunkin again a few months ago. The attitude and feel of this place has totally changed. All the people working were very friendly and responsive. They happily followed as I gave my numerous modifications ( I like it how I like it). I have defiantly changed my opinion about this Dunkin. Maybe I had happened to go on the bad days, but there were many. I am glad they fixed the issues.

This specific Dunkin is the worst! Alway out of things, which isn’t the employees fault, but I have always been met with attitude from all the employees. Today when ordering I was meet with incredible attitude for asking a question about an item. Is it so unreasonable to ask one question? I’m not asking them to read the menu but when they are constantly out

of stuff I wasn’t sure if they would have the item..I don’t see myself as a “Karen” but I def asked to talk to the manager when I heard the employees talking about me thinking that glass window is sound proof. The manager just nodded and then said a timid “thank you” It’s hard to believe because of how small this dunking is and how loud the employee was that the manager couldn’t already hear the s*it talk going on. They are rude. Every. Single. Time. I always hate going here and seem to forget how bad it is. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 10 minutes south to the next Dunkin where they are always awesome! I wish I would have listened to myself...

Served me a grease soaked old apple fritter. When I came by this place at 7am. You think donuts and things would be the freshest at that hour but what they served me early in the AM from coffee rolls to apple fritters is grease soaked and tasted like it was re-heated-refried or whatever they do at this location the donuts aren't made here. This occurring just about every time I stopped by this place. Big difference between here and Dover DD where the donuts are fresh and on top of that the dough is a LIGHTER color because it's not soaking in old doughnut fryer oil. I also stopped by here at 8:30pm when they say they close at 10pm. The sign said open and as I waited at the drive through for 5 minutes no one answered. So I drove by slowly past the window and could clearly see 2 employees in there doing nothing. This place has always been the worst choice for a DD in this area. If you are in a RUSH. This is the place for you! They will move that line SO quickly! They are amazing with that ....

The only thing I didn't give another star for is because ... this is my "go to" place ... but I never knew about the Dunkin app, and the points. The person at the window. The person on the microphone ... always remember me and my order. They never once offered or told me about the app. But I always received the flyer for "hiring" ... even though I'm a business Owner :)

I went here for a year straight without the app!

I emailed Corporate Dunkin on Instagram. They read it and never responded (not this Store's fault) ... Just a suggestion. If you notice a regular here, OFFER them the app and make sure to tell them to download it.

I know this holds the line especially in the morning but this keeps the REGULARS returning on a...
