I had an unexpected car breakdown in the parking lot of Dunkin' Donuts, and I must say that the staff's incredible kindness and support turned a potentially stressful situation into a heartwarming experience. Their exceptional assistance and unwavering encouragement truly made a difference.
From the moment I entered the store looking a bit flustered, the staff immediately noticed my situation and went above and beyond to make me feel at ease. Not only did they serve their delicious treats with smiles, but they also took the time to ask if I was alright and if there was anything they could do to help. This simple gesture of concern meant a lot and helped calm my demeanor.
What truly stood out was the way they treated me as more than just a customer – they treated me like a friend in need. Their words of encouragement and reassurance were so genuine that I felt like I was talking to old friends. Their positive attitude and willingness to engage in a friendly conversation truly made a world of difference.
While waiting for my car to be towed, the staff continued to check in on me, ensuring I was comfortable and that I didn't need anything. They even went out of their way to offer a comfy seat and a warm beverage to enjoy while I waited. Their thoughtfulness and kindness made the time fly by.
In the midst of what could have been a frustrating situation, I left Dunkin' Donuts with a full heart and a renewed faith in the kindness of strangers. This experience has shown me that true hospitality goes beyond the food and beverages – it's about the people who create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Read morePoor customer service, unfortunately, characterizes the restaurants on this part of South Cobb Drive. I've lived in this area 7 years, and never visited this Dunkin. But the local Wendy's, Zaxby's, and CFA are the worst I've ever visited in my 51 years. I finally visited this Dunkin this AM and was very disappointed. When I walked in the door, I could hear the only man working (apparently the manager) say to the others, "Why is someone coming inside?" Then he walked towards me to get a drive thru order and didn't greet me. Finally after 24 seconds, someone did walk over to take my order but couldn't get it right. She was obviously new and training, but she still didn't greet me with a smile, a question, etc. She just looked at me, and I said "Hi.". Finally, someone helped her get the order right, and another woman gave me my coffee and mumbled something to me without looking at me.
A total fail. The coffee was fine, but I can get Starbucks one exit up and can make my own every day at home. Why go somewhere that you're not made welcome? Ridiculous. Poor training makes customers not come back to restaurants. I only went to Dunkin because of ads I've been seeing on TV, online and in my email (Congrats to your marketing department!), but I'm not tied enough to Dunkin to visit this one again. It's just another poorly run South Cobb Drive at...
Read moreWhile Dunkin Donuts isn't known for it's top-notch customer service, I think they can improve in this area. I stopped by here to pick up gift cards one morning and the experience was more awkward than it should have been. First I got in line and when my turn came up, I asked for multiple gift cards. The woman behind the counter mumbled something to me and I asked her to repeat since I didn't hear her. She then very loudly yells that gift cards are "over there" and points to a place near the napkins and creamers to pick up gift cards. I walk over, grab a few, and get back in line to load them. When I'm back at the register, she asks me multiple times how much go on each one (uh they're ALL $10 thanks) one-by-one. Then I swipe my credit card to pay and the woman shrieks (I am not misrepresenting this when I say "shrieks" - it was a high pitched yell) at me that I cannot pay for gift cards with a credit card. Of course, I didn't know this, but she explains that the card could be stolen and thus she can't sell them to me. The payment goes through, so I offer to show my driver's license with my credit card to prove it's mine as I apologize profusely. She waves me off and gives me the purchased cards. I start to step away and realize that I don't have envelopes for the gift cards but at this point I'm too embarrassed to...
