Hardee’s — Restaurant in Smyrna

Was looking for a quick bite and figured I'd give Hardee's a shot. At first I wasn't sure if they were open, but I think the windows were tinted. Going inside, the place was very clean, and there was even somebody going around cleaning the place! We were able to put our order in quickly and it came out pretty quick. The staff were very courteous and considerate asking how our meal was. The food was well prepared and tasted great! We had gone to a different food establishment days prior and probably spent double the amount of money and had lower quality food. The chicken was cooked perfection, the fries were crispy but still soft, and the onion rings were perfect. I tried the chicken and waffle sandwich and added a little bit of their jalapeno hot sauce to the syrup glaze on the chicken. I think that sandwich was really good, the only critique that I would offer is that the waffle could have been just a little crispy to give it that perfect texture. Absolutley amazing food. Topped off many restaurants that I visited and specialize in serving certain cuisines and also better than all of the fast food restaurants I have visited.

French fries are not over fried. Burger has FRESH salad in it, as well as the meat being cooked perfectly.

Also ordered the salad and Quesadilla, both at great prices and tasted amazing. The Quesadilla's cheese was melting but the sandwich wasn't too hot to eat which was a first for me. The salad quantity was amazing, served with a side of sour cream and hot sauce (although not spicy for the majority but tastes amazing regardless)

Tonight I went to Hardee's, it's the first time I've been there in a very long time, it was very refreshing to hear an amazing positive attitude Young lady on the speaker, not only was she a real joy to speak with but she also helped me get the most for my money, and she continued her up-beat attitude during my whole visit, her name is Adasia Potts.
