We used to love Little Caesars Pizza, back when they had "pizza, pizza!" and came in a long paper bag with 2 pizzas side by side. They have changed several times over the years and this time we decided to give them a try. I must say, their pizza was incredible! The restaurant was very modern and clean, and the service was perfect. I would definitely recommend the Smyrna Little Caesars to anyone that enjoys great food at a great price.
Edit : This company has went entirely down hill. We order from Little Caesars at least twice a week and I've got to say that this location is just terrible now. I understand that COVID has messed up quite a bit with hours and staff but there is just no reason for this place to make that many errors. Just the latest mess up included us ordering our regular order (1 stuffed crust half sausage and half pepperoni and 1 most bestest pepperoni) and when I get all the way home I open the box to see a plain pizza that is horribly undercooked with no stuffed crust. I have tried writing to them through the website and Facebook like their website says, nothing but a run-around. This is just the latest example of errors on their part that they won't even acknowledge. Will have to truly be desperate before...
Read moreThis place is absolutely horrendous. I went in there two days ago to get a pizza and crazy bread. The staff was very rude and when I got home with my food, the pizza was luke warm and was not cut at all. I get it that sometimes the pizza might be a half-ass cut, but this one was not cut at all. So I call the store and the lady I spoke with was actually friendly and told me that they would compensate me a free crazy bread the next time I come in. Then she tells me to hold on, and in the background I hear her manager screaming at her and telling her that they cannot honor that and I'd have to bring the entire pizza back right now. So I left a review on their website and I received a call from an owner today. She informed me to give her name at the restaurant and I would be compensated the pizza and crazy bread. So tonight my wife goes into Little Caesars and gives the name, but they still refuse to honor it. The employees laugh at my wife like its a joke. I will never go to Little Caesers in Smyrna again. I get that the pizza is cheap, but have some...
Read moreQuite tired of the "Guess When We Made This!?" game that Little Caesars plays. I hardly ever go to this place. Don't know why I bothered to this time around perhaps just to see if they had gotten any better or worse. It must have been two years or so since my last visit. No surprise it's the same old pizza & same lazy attitudes of the staff that give you a hassle if you ask for a freshly made pizza. People in Smyrna aren't very picky when it comes to food quality as I find a lot of chains around here are sub par even for what they are so I take positive reviews about places like this very lightly. If you do plan to order from this store you will always have to take into account that's is a 50/50 chance you'll be receiving old food or fresh food. I would rather take a 100% chance and buy from an actual pizza place that makes the food fresh when...
