I would give them 0 stars if I could. My job usually orders here when they cater food for us, and usually it’s great… however when I decided to order my own food through their website for delivery it was a TERRIBLE experience. The main issue was that when I was eating my baked beans, I found something that I couldn’t chew so I took it out of my mouth and it was a piece of napkin. I thought it was odd, but I thought maybe it’s clean and somehow got in there… no big deal. Then I moved onto the spare ribs and 3 MORE PIECES OF NAPKIN/PAPER TOWEL were in my food. By the time I lost my appetite, I was repulsed because I had only sat down to try the food for about 15 minutes and barely ate a fourth of it before I was hesitant and began picking through the food & taking smaller bites out of fear of not knowing what was in my food. My stomach gave out and I grew frustrated of this. Its gross because I don’t know where those pieces of napkin came from as it was literally cooked to the meat as if someone rested it on a napkin then glazed the rib in bbq sauce without removing napkin pieces from it. Other than that I’m thinking, lord hopefully the food wasn’t dropped on the floor and then picked up with a napkin & they tried to salvage it. It could be any reason and it’s very unsettling. I called the restaurant and a rude woman answered the phone who immediately said “please hold” then left me there for 10 minutes then the phone disconnected. So I went to their website to send an email for customer service to reach out and they still have not. I sent the email 2 & a half days ago now. I feel like it’s poor food quality, poor service, and I’m going to make sure to share this experience with my job so hopefully they stop catering food from this restaurant. All I wanted was good bbq & I got stuck with contaminated food and poor service. DONT EAT HERE! In the photos you can see the napkin pieces from my food, you can even tell it’s napkin because I pressed another paper towel against the pieces from the bbq sauce and the sauce came out of the napkin. You can also see the fibers of the napkin as I tried to tear it to see what it was. There is a small piece of red meat next to it on the photos to compare what the actual meat looked like next to the napkin. Just disgusting! 🤢 🤮

Edit: A resolution did come of this & I received a refund which I am appreciative of, but I hope that nobody else has to go through this...

I went thru drive thru last week to order a 2lb spare ribs plate with collards , baked beans, deviled eggs, and a large sweet tea. Only to get home (20 mins one way) and my sides weren’t in the bag. I called and spoke to someone and informed them what had just happened. She (couldn’t remember her name) stated she was sorry and asked if i wanted to come back. I said not tonight because of the drive. She then said ok and stated they would either roll back the order or replace it. Got my name number and the order number from receipt from me. Cool np. Day after next I returned to have it remade as i seen the charge had posted on my card.. Met with Jackie and she was friendly and apologized as they didn’t have any ribs. She wrote on the back of receipt her name and remake order. I then wanted an additional day went back only to be told they were out of ribs again by a young caucasian lady. I then waited another day went back and was told they were out again by a heavy set young black girl. She stayed loudly you have to call before coming about ribs (never have i ever had too).So here I am back today and meet with Rhonda. Rhonda gave such a nonchalant attitude about it and as if I made the receipt up. Then see smugly told the cashier get her name number and email, i asked why is that necessary when it didn’t take all to purchase the food and i have receipt with a managers message on it. Lil young girl behind counter made up bogus story so your card won’t vet charged. Homey card been charged and posted . She was like well whatever. Guys when i tell you they replaced it with the shittiest ribs (mainly bones n end pieces) not even 2 lbs. The treatment you receive when you’re being profiles and judged. Honey you seen me in work clothes from a warehouse. if you go here make sure you check your food as they will try and make you feel like you did something wrong because they dropped the ball on your order. I will be finding else where to go for...

So happy we found Jim'Nick's Bar-B-Q in Smyrna, Georgia. We stopped in for a quick bite on July 11, 2018 arrived about 15'til 12. We we're greeted by the host and asked where we would like to sit. We chose outside, it's not really hot today and they had several fans blowing to keep you cool.

Shirley, our lovely waitress came to the table with a BIG smile on her face. She was very friendly, upbeat with a great personality. I've been a waitress for 15+ years and I have never met a waitress that I just loved, until we came here. She did her whole job with a smile. You don't see this often. She checked on us and any thing we requested she followed through.

The menu is very large with a wide variety of items from Bbq ribs, pork, chicken, brisket, sasuage, salads and soups with all the trimmings Mac-n-cheese mashed potatoes, cabbage and more.

We we're the only ones outside until a few more guest trickled in. We ordered The Loaded Bar-B-Q Baker (Massive baked potato with cheese, scallions, sour cream, butter, bacon and your choice of meat. We got brisket for $0.99 more. Along with a drink(soda & sweet tea) and a side salad we paid less than $35.

Our food was out in less than 15 minutes. Very impressed by the speed and the quality of our meal. Every inch of that potato was hot. We took half home. This is a very large portion.

Shirley made sure we had everything we needed during and after our meal. She was a delight. Girl I hope you keep that smile on your face daily. I can't in the restaurant very anxious and your vibe just lite me up. I left the restaurant with a smile on my face because of you.

Sweet Tea prolly one of the best teas I have had since leaving our Chicagoland area home for Vaca.

Crutons- these are made in house and you notice the difference in just one bite. I could eat these melt in your mouths buttery flavor.
